My experience with Dutch has been great so far. I have an older cat and it’s very hard to get her to the vet in person. Now I can meet with a vet anytime I need it right from home.

Don’t use this service. I signed up for an annual membership and had a video call with the veterinarian who was sympathetic. I have three sick cats and she prescribed medicine for all of them. I went on their website and paid $25 for a pharmacy processing fee and expedited shipping which is supposed to be one to three days. I then got an email Estimating the delivery would be on the fourth day… Which is national holiday so I’m thinking maybe I won’t even get it on the fourth day. I sent an email to their customer care team which I got a delivery failure for the next day because they refused to accept the email. One of my cats is extremely sick… I can hear every single breath he takes up his nose, and if you’re gonna be in this business to care for animals, then my expectation would be that you have an appropriate sense of urgency that they be cared for, otherwise I would just go to my regular vet. Yes, they may charge more, but at least I would’ve walked out with the medicine my cats needed… At least I would have some comfort level that they would get better. Right now, I walk around, checking on them all throughout the day to make sure they’re still eating drinking and breathing. If any of these people in this organization had their own pets, perhaps they would be a little more sensitive to the anxiety and the needs of a pet owner who has sick animals I signed up for an annual membership, but I guarantee you that I will cancel it before it renews. These people should be ashamed to call their customer service at Dutch dot come because

CONSUMERS BEWARE The vet part is great and easy. It's the customer service that is horrible. I placed an order for rushed delivery due to the possible infection my pup has. However somehow they have the shipping address as a really old address of mine that is nowhere in my dutch account. When I reached out to alert them and see what we could do to fix it, their response was condescending telling me that they can't update the address and that next time I should check the address first. The address was correct up until I hit pay and it changed to a different one. I even considered the possibility of user error but to respond with that is just awful so basically your answer is too bad for you, next time be/do better? What about my money or the meds for my dog? Worst service I have ever gotten. 2 hours later, I'm still pending a response from them and still without the antibiotics my dog needs with no refund in sight. So now on top of paying for the antibiotics and membership fees, I STILL have to go to a local vet because Dutch only cares about getting your money. Not your pet, and clearly not getting you the meds they need. **Update: After my review, the situation seemed to be going upward with them replacing the meds because turns out they had another address on file but not visible to me Then it just plummeted back downhill They sent the replacement but didn't put a rush on the order like i had paid for. Its been 4 days now, still no meds or follow up from Dutch. The automated message is clearly to cover for thier poor customer service because after providing my contact info, I have not heard anything back. Good thing I didn't rely on them for my dogs meds. She could have succumb to her infection while Dutch played their games.

Dr. Cherry is by far the best vet I have ever worked with! She really took her time answering all my questions and concerns. Gave me really great options that weren’t just over medicating my dog and even sent me some great articles to read. I could not recommend her more! I have met with other doctors on Dutch and the few others I will admit I was not impressed with at all. Dr. Cherry however goes above and beyond!!!

This is a great service and the vets are so nice and friendly. They are always helpful and caring!

Very poor customer service tried calling for 4 hours and no answer. Emailed them and got an auto email back saying they would responded in 4 hours been 12 hours not response. Texted in the app was told they would be back to me in 15 minutes was 90 minutes and still got no help. We pay them a monthly fee for years and we now no longer pay it. It's not worth it.

The Vet listened to my concerns , explained all options , then explained how he thought we should proceed , I liked feeling how things I brought up helped tweak our final path to take0
