Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
Dr Bruce Armstrong was very kind and made me feel at ease on our call. He is obviously very knowledgeable about animals and cares about giving them the best care. He made things very simple and made sure that he was doing the best he could for my cat!

Dr.Radillo understood my kitties…
Dr.Radillo understood my kitties problem and told me right away what she was going to do for her !! She was so helpful and kind and she listened!!

The problem is their customer service…
The problem is their customer service and processing. Case in point, they failed to process my emergency insurance policy and were unable to resolve the matter over the course of 2 weeks via email, because, as noted, it is impossible to get them on the phone and even when they say they will call you they don't. Their vet services are excellent and medications fairly priced.

Dr. Blake Murphy
Our online vet was Dr. Blake Murphy and he was extremely helpful. He was extremely fast in getting back to me and calling in our prescription for my dog. He was very helpful in finding us the cheapest pharmacy to fill our prescription.

Do not waste your time
Do not waste your time. Just go to the Vet. If all you are ordering is Flea meds or meds you already have prescriptions for this may work for you. Otherwise, it is waste of time and money. It is ridiculous to confirm orders, you cannot reach them by phone, only respond to emails and even then they give the wrong answers.

It was easier and way cheaper than…
It was easier and way cheaper than going to a vet in person... the online vet was very friendly and really had my dear Gizmo in mind.
