I am extremely pleased! Dr. Brook is very attentive and is easy to talk with. She listened to my concerns and also gave great consideration to what I had to say. What a pleasure to have a Vet that actually listened as I explained what I know is normal and not. Very sharp doctor and I have recommended Dutch to many.

Dr Chestnut was very helpful. She quickly diagnosed and prescribed the proper medication for our cat !

So easy to do. At home with my boy Hank where he is most comfortable. Dr. Radillo is so thorough and non judgemental. She made sure that we had follow up to insure the treatment plan is working. I have been a pet owner for many years and this is the BEST! If I had to use one word to sum it up. "OUTSTANDING"

I have been using Dutch for about a year now, have needed to scheduled a few zoom calls. Easy to schedule around my busy days, they are always very helpful with any questions I may have even the "silly" questions. I appreciate getting answers that everyday people can understand since not everyone has knowledge of veterinary terms. So far very happy and no complaints or issues.

Dr. Radillo and the Dutch team are awesome. I like how they check my fur babies (dog and cat) after the appointment. The site is easy to use. The video calls are great because I don’t have to drag them to the vet office. They recently streamlined how to transfer my prescriptions to Costco for pickup by adding an option to “transfer prescription” button then I choose the Costco in my area so there is less wait time. The vet appointments are about ten minutes so be ready with any questions. You can continue with any inquiries after the appointment through the site by messaging the doctor or the Dutch team. I was able to get my dog’s prescriptions for her ear infection filled within a day. Thank you!!

I paid $20 extra for shipping and it still took over a week. Never using this service again.

Dutch provides the best tele-vet service! Its affordability, availability, and staff professionalism is top notch! When we moved to a different state, one of my pets needed veterinary care. I called around to all the local veterinary clinics and no one had availability for three weeks! Although my dog’s health issue wasn’t critical or urgent, I had no way to get her care! With Dutch, our location doesn’t matter; our pets get the care they need and I have plenty of support while dealing with my pet issues.

BEWARE:….I would not use Dutch. They accepted my annual membership fee of 104.00. I schedule a telemedicine visit. I review the items recommenced. Dutch’s veterinarian’s recommendation email appears to not reflect my annual membership & wants me to upgrade my membership again. There is not a customer service number to call. All I wanted was antibiotics for an ear infection. The vet sales attempts me in his recommendations with $335.00 of unnecessary stuff. There’s no way to delete the unwanted items from the Vets recommendations. A customer can’t reach the customer service staff to discuss. It’s as if Dutch team is hiding from you after they receive your money. Maybe because Dutch is California they can over change. Spare yourself the frustration.
