So far, I’ve had a really great experience with this vet company. I am already out a couple thousand dollars for an ear infection and with this I was able to get everything and some for under the cost of what I would’ve done one visit for I’m very grateful I know having a dog cost money, but I never realized how much it could cost for the smallest little things so I’m grateful for a company like this stepping up for the underdogsand the doctor was extremely kind and patient and helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed in any type of way, the best veterinary visit I’ve had in the last three years so far.

The Doctors are all super professional, knowledgeable and kind, the pharmacy prepares orders immediately and ships same day if you choose , I get next day Veterinary visits and 24/7 access to the Dutch platform! Outstanding! Dr. Afraz was amazing. We were able to get a call within two hours of booking it, even on the regular plan, and I'm super grateful. Even more grateful that our call was at 9:40pm! I didn't imagine that it would be a possiblity to see someone the same day, when I booked at 7:45pm, but they work late hours, bless them. Our vet was compassionate, helpful, and had excellent insights about my cat and her condition. She also got my cat's medications organized right away, and the website is easy to use. She messaged us with a followup today as well. I'm very impressed with this service, and I have already recommended Dutch to several friends, and will continue to be a customer. I have six cats, and it's expensive to have to go to the vet every time something is wrong, not to mention time-consuming. This service is stellar, and the peace of mind it gave me last night, not having to rush my sick cat to the ER, was priceless.

I have been with this company for almost a year now each time I request a vet video call they answer quickly and get it scheduled promptly I've had experience with three doctors and each of them are knowledgeable they are tentative to your concerns they address each of them and the issues that are very thorough compassionate and understanding I've had no problem getting the medications that were ordered as part of the treatment plan they're way below average price shipping is free and is pretty quick one to three days which is average they offer many services at Great discounts I'm definitely going to stay on with my membership comes up again it's well worth it and you can have up to six animals on one membership it helps with limited resources today that we're all experiencing I'm so grateful that I found these people

Reminders were sent with the Zoom link. Super easy to log on. Dr. Johnston is so nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything and provided time for feedback. Prescriptions were ordered quickly and prices were reasonable. My cat was spared the carrier, car ride, and vet office scenario. I am very happy with this experience.
