Had my first zoom call with a vet
Had my first zoom call with a vet, and couldn’t be more pleased with service. Not only was the vet very knowledgeable and friendly, I had rx’s in my email box ready to order within an hour. And, they are set to deliver 3 days after the appointment. Swift, easy, professional, caring and a life saver for my boy Bruce. Highly recommend!

Very easy to make an appointment
Very easy to make an appointment. Easy to log on. The vet was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood in detail what the treatment was moving forward. She also explained the next steps should my cat not improve, which I appreciated!

Puppy worries
Dr. Moore was a very caring person/vet. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I began our appointment as a frantic puppy mom. At the end of our conversation she had put all my worries to rest and prescribed for me all that I needed. I liked her natural approach to treating my puppy.

I don’t like this company
I don’t like this company, they are greedy and do shady charges. $5 processes fee to start. Bs fee. Then another $5 processing fee for pharmacy. Ya, you get the idea. Then ti getting the meds. I was told you could transfer it to you local pharmacy. No. You can’t. They will ship it to a local Costco and it will take the same time if they shipped to your house. Takes almost a week to get the meds. To get them two days earlier they wanted to charge me $40 which was more than the the meds themselves. I’m cancelling my subscription and I’m not a fan of companies that do these kind of practices. If you don’t mind getting bent over using their service, then go for it….

To clarify, we do offer the option to transfer your prescription to any local pharmacy of your choice, including Costco. However, we do not ship medications to pharmacies. If you choose to transfer, your selected pharmacy will fill and dispense the medication directly. We understand your concerns regarding processing fees and shipping timelines. These fees help cover the cost of prescription services and coordination, and we strive to be transparent about them upfront. That said, we know how important timely access to medication is, and we’re constantly working to improve both speed and clarity. The vet I received was fantastic
The vet I received was fantastic. Soothing, easy, nurturing trusting tone and easily understood in the short 10 minute Zoom meeting. I’m waiting on meds for my pup, 40$ for the membership, 40$ for the meds. A far cry from a traditional vet and I don’t have to take my dog to a scary office.

It was so simple to set an appointment …
It was so simple to set an appointment for the zoom call to discuss my dog’s joint issues. The vet, Dr Levan, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and understood the issues and prescribed appropriate medication. All done very quickly. Sure beats a $300 or more vet visit.
