I have an elderly dog with a lot of health conditions, and two more cats who are fortunately in better health. I have an in-person health care plan that has unlimited visits, but it’s really difficult to take time off work and haul her to the vet when a physical exam isn’t needed. The other animals don’t get as much attention either because the sickest animal is always the priority, so little things get ignored all the time. It’s absolutely wonderful to have a telemedicine resource that can prescribe meds. Most of the vets that I’ve spoken to have been awesome. The pharmacy is honestly pretty slow, and I have to frequently price check them, but they can call prescriptions in to a local pharmacy pretty quickly when it’s urgent (like antibiotics). They also price match when a competitor is cheaper. Overall I’m grateful for the resource and it’s a great value.

The veterinarian we were assigned to had such a pleasant disposition. She is a true veterinarian and I appreciated so much all the information she warmly and eagerly provided to me on her own accord. She went above and beyond to make sure I was receiving every discount offered by Dutch with my new membership, especially the Bravecto we were in need of.

Dr. Afraz was amazing. This was our very first appointment with Dutch and she was very kind, patient and empathetic. My husband and i were very impressed with the ease of seeing a vet in this virtual manner.

I got an immediate session with the vet. She was professional and responsive. In addition, she was positive and kind. I trusted her judgement completely.

I had a zoom call with Dr Mary Allen. I was very pleased with the outcome and how she listened and came up with the plan for my puppy. I also like how I was able to get an appointment immediately and after normal working hours. I was also able to transfer the script to a local pharmacy. Will definitely use Dutch again if needed

Dr. Hall was able to prescribe meds for the symptoms my cat was having. I had trouble with filling the Rx but Dr Hall followed up with the pharmacy and I was able to pick it up right away. Thank you!

It was such a great experience having a vet over zoom. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We had all our questions answered and prescription and recommendations in a fraction of the time it would normally take going to the vet in person.
