Dumpsters.comReviews of dumpsters.com

Overall, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service I received from Dumpsters.com. Their team went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dumpster rental services. Thank you, Dumpsters.com, for providing an exceptional experience!

I rented a 30-yard dumpster 10 days before I needed it. 2 days before it was to be delivered, I got a call that they were out of them and didn't know when they would get more. They offered a 20 yard for the same price! I told them that was not fair and they came down $50 but said costs were going up and they still needed to make money. They told me even if I still got a 30 yard in the coming days, the price had gone up nearly $300! They said I could reserve a 20-yard, if needed. When the day came and I needed it, I called twice to get a 20-yard (the first guy never called me back like he said he would). Nothing. Then the following day, they told me they could get me a 20-yard but it would be 3 more days. I needed it for the weekend I had asked for it, so I had to cancel my order and go with another company.

I only wish that I had read all the reviews before I selected this dumpster company! What a fool I was, but hopefully you will learn from my mistake. It's a classic scam business model. They only gave me ONE ton of weight allowed in the dumpster per contract. But then when they picked up the dumpster, I suddenly get a bill for $682 for nearly 9 tons of weight! I asked for proof and all they gave me was some phony weight document. I'm calling my lawyer next. There is NO way I put 9 tons of weight in this dumpster unless someone threw in some moon rocks when I wasn't looking. The weight overage cost me DOUBLE than the cost of the actual dumpster! Do NOT purchase from this company! They will totally rip you off! Buyer BEWARE.

I had excellent promt service with this company! I run a remodeling service for baths, kitchens, basement builds, 3/4 full rebuilds etc., trash has been an issue and I'm glad this company can fill all our needs of our projects! Thanks and we will be doing more business this year!

Exactly as expected. Perfect transaction.

The young man I spoke to was wonderful. He treated me with the utmost respect.

Good experience thanks to easy scheduling of both the delivery and the pickup of the dumpster. The delivery driver was very careful to not hit any of the roofline of the house even though the space was tight. Professional, and a competitive price as well. Will use again when it's time to finish the cleanout.

Got two dumpsters through them. First one was a 3 ton dumpster but with a 2 ton weight limit. We got charged over $300 for overage three weeks after it was picked up. Second one had a one ton limit. I ordered it before I got the overage bill. Same exact thing even though it was only 2/3 full. Their business model is based on this scam. You are better off getting a dumpster from your waste removal provider. I actually paid more than I would have from Waste Management. You are guaranteed to pay the overage which they just take before you see the invoice. They claim we had three tons in it. How can I dispute that?!
