The gentleman I spoke with in customer service was very pleasant, patient and helpful. Truly from his helpfulness alone I was sold. But on the real side I had rented dumpsters in the past so I had an idea of what I needed. But they were prompt with delivery and pickup. And even though some may consider the cost somewhat pricey, but considering the amount of stuff I needed to get rid of and trying to haul it my self. I come out cheaper with dumpster.

Pleasant experience they brought dumpster on day requested and we asked for it to be removed early and they were able to accommodate.

Dumpster was not delivered as promised. Received an email the day before saying it would be delivered on time. Then received a text the morning of saying it would be delivered on time... wait for it. Then received a text around 10:30 saying it would be delivered at the "end of the week" (3 days later). I had a crew scheduled to help, ended up being a loss for me. For all the contractors and working folks out there... go local. Do not use Dumster.com. As I write this... I still do not have my dumpster.

Dumpster.com provided exceptional service, from the minute I contact them online to the final email after pickup was complete. I would higher recommend Dumpster.com, professional and reliable service.

Extremely disappointed. Was VERY clear that my dumpster needed to be delivered before 10am or it would not be able to be delivered; they kept insisting it’s a 12 hour window but assured me they could be there in time. Guess what? 11:30am I get a message from the driver that he can’t deliver. What a ripoff. Caveat emptor: this website is not the dispatcher, they do not own the dumpsters, have literally no control over where or who the dumpster comes from. It’s just a facade to process payment, basically Seamless for dumpsters. Save yourself the 30% markup and find a dumpster company local to you and deal with them directly; you’re guaranteed to get better service.

Careful with these people, money hungry and sneaky. They are charging me a 1080.00 for not needing the dumpster anymore. Lost my business and want to squeeze out the last of bit of money they can. They automatically put me in for another year when dont need it. I kept for a year so, I kept my word and payed. I wasnt even using for trash for 7 months,, but payed. And Leann is a cold hearted rude women. Be careful with this company. They dont care about you or your business!!!!!
