Was on time where I said to park it right size pick up was prompt will definitely use your services in the future spreading the word

The order process was easy, the rep, Adam was very helpful. The driver did a great job, and the dumpster was clean and in good shape. Would use again without hesitation.

I got 2 dumpsters from this company. The first one was great, but dropped off a day late so if you're expecting to be doing a project and need a dumpster for a certain day, probably get it the day before. The second dumpster I got, everything went well untill time for pick up. It was supposed to be removed the 24th (Monday) . It is now 5 days later (friday) and they still haven't picked it up. I have been asking for an eta, and they said on the 24th but can take 1-4 days. That's fine... except that it still hasn't been picked up and I scheduled a moving POD to be dropped off today (friday). They can't provide an eta and are overly late on the pick up. The POD can't be dropped off and now I was charged a $300 redelivery fee for sometime this week because No one in this company knows what's going on and can only give you a window of when it will be picked up/dropped off which is extremely inconvenient. They have a policy that if they can't drop off your dumpster, you are charged a $150 fee.... but can't understand/respect other companies have the same policy. Also I had to ask for an invoice for the first dumpster 3 times before it was sent to me. The only positive thing about this company is that it's easy to book, schedule and pay online. After you book, you're on their time and they don't care about your time and projects, people you've hired also have to wait on them. Ridiculous and never using them again. Id rather give a small business my money.

They were on time for delivery and for pickup as well as courteous and professional John

Delivery right on time. Would recommend this company. Good experience. B. Thomason

Whoever set up this company is a MORON! DO NOT USE THEM! The company is set up with various departments that can only perform ONE task.... so to get full service addressed you have to be transferred around to 5 different departments and be on hold for hours..... The best part is their statement on their website, stating they use "The latest technology" yet they can't give ETA's or confirmations when dumpsters are dropped off/picked up..... what kind of technology are they claiming to use if they can't get that information in this day and age.... ridiculous! What a JOKE of a company...... They need some serious process improvements and training for their employees. I agree with all other reviews..... AVOID this company at all costs

Dumpster was delivered on time and placed exactly where we wanted it. We did struggle a bit with the pick up. Since we are in an area where people throw everything in a dumpster even if it isn't theirs we had to repeatedly check the dumpster and pull unapproved items out of it because the pickup was delayed by several days

The dumpster was put exactly where I asked it to be put.
