Will never use this company again

I called to order a 20-yard dumpster and was quoted pricing and terms for that size. Later, I was told they didn’t have any 20-yard dumpsters available but could provide a 40-yard dumpster at the same price, which sounded like a great deal. What they didn’t mention was that the weight limit would remain the same as the 20-yard dumpster. After pickup, I was hit with an extra $200 charge. When I called to dispute it, they offered a $100 discount but I still ended up paying more than expected. And they charged my card without my approval with a $9.99 charge for processing. Feels like a bait-and-switch. Be cautious and make sure you get everything in writing before agreeing to anything.

Hi Drew, I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. I reviewed your order details to understand what happened. When our dispatch team offered the 40-yard dumpster as a courtesy replacement for the 20-yard you originally requested, the pricing and terms—including the 1-ton weight allowance—remained the same as quoted for the 20-yard. The larger container was simply used due to temporary availability, not as an upgrade in weight capacity. After pickup, the overage fee came from landfill disposal charges that exceeded that 1-ton allowance. Once you reached out, we reviewed everything with you and offered to split the additional cost as a goodwill gesture, which you accepted and paid. We never intend for customers to feel misled, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can keep improving how we explain these substitutions more clearly upfront. If you’d like to discuss this further, please contact our support line or email [email protected] so we can make sure everything is fully resolved on your end. Thank you, Cinthya Salas Ortiz Customer Service Manager Dumpster Rental Enterprises

Simple process for average homeowner
Easy process for a household and tree branch cleanup. I called up and they delivered the dumpster the next day. Having them pick up the dumpster also took just one call. I'm glad there were no hidden fees, everything was upfront and didn't change. I'd definitely use the service again if I needed to.
