Hi Javier and Christine, We’re sorry for the delay with your delivery in Orange. The truck assigned to your order had a tire blowout that morning, which pushed back the delivery schedule. Your dumpster was delivered later that day, but we understand how frustrating it was not to receive updates during the delay. We’ve followed up with you directly to make this right and improve communication going forward. Warm regards, Cinthya Salas Ortiz Customer Service Manager Dumpster Rental Enterprises

Hi P.D., Thanks for sharing your feedback. I looked into your order from June and confirmed it was picked up on June 11, right after you notified us about the City of Fremont’s notice. You’re absolutely right — Fremont requires using approved haulers, and we’ve since updated our provider list to make sure future customers don’t run into this issue. I’m sorry you didn’t get clear information at the time — that’s on us. We’ve reinforced our internal training so our team can better guide customers on local permit requirements moving forward. If you’d like to discuss this directly or have documentation from the city we can review, feel free to reach out at [email protected]. We appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to improve.
