It’s clear what this business does and it’s easy and user friendly to navigate their website by selecting what type of dumpster I’d need and which area I’d need it delivered to, the user agreement terms are clear to understand and the payment process is very easy to understand and is user friendly also.

Great easy rental steps, with transparent pricing. Overall a great service, if I had to rent a trailer, dump 13tons of material it would be more expensive, time consuming and inconvenient.

Poor Communication. I Contacted you 24 hours before delivery date to be sure I had someone on site to receive the dumpster. The lady I spoke with told me that she didn't have a precise drop off time but asked me to check back the next morning for a precise time. I made sure I had someone at the drop location the following day by 8:30 am. At 9:25am I called your company for a delivery status and was told that they needed to check and would call me back. at 9:36am I received a Text Message from Kizz giving me an ETA between 12n-3p. Then I received a call at 9:36am from Kim telling me that the dumpster would be delivered around 2:48pm. Next thing I know around 11am they show up with the dumpster...THEN I get a notification from my bank that your company auto debited my account over $300 for a missed drop off appointment. I also received an email from Jerrome Espiritu telling me that Your COMPANY WAS BILLING ME $375 for a missed appointment when the dumpster had already been delivered!!! I had to then chase down Jerrome to let him know that the dumpster was there and the appointment WAS NOT MISSED. I did get the missed drop fee reimbursement but it sure caused a lot of confusion and anxiety. Not a good experience!!

Dumpster Rental Enterprises doesn’t own any dumpster equipment! They are a broker and charge extra for the “service” of booking a dumpster with some other company for you. On top of that, they also advertise under many different fake dumpster company names. We are a locally owned and operated dumpster company which Dumpster Rental Enterprises used our dumpster for one of their customers. They booked the dumpster and told us it would have construction material. When the dumpster was called off, we arrived to pick up the dumpster and it will filled to the top with dirt… due to the weight of dirt, it is not allowed in the dumpster they booked because the truck is not rated to haul dirt - a 10yard dumpster filled with dirt is 20,000 lbs. When we called their office to let them know what was happening and what their options were the response from two separate people was the equivalent of a “deer in the headlights” look. I have a very hard time believing they didn’t understand that there’s certain dumpsters that can have dirt and that’s why we ask what the material is that will be going in the bin. They knew exactly what they were doing and playing dumb was just part of their dishonest game. The company signed our dumpster agreement and we followed it to the T. There was a dry run fee which is industry standard. Then they were unresponsive when we had a deadline for pick up because once that dumpster was called off, it’s available for another job which we had it scheduled for delivery. We informed them of their options: we could send a dumpster for dirt and have that truck dump the dumpster out or we can just send that truck to dump it and the other truck to pick up the empty dumpster. We explained the cost of each option and that they had the rest of that day to decide otherwise we would just dump & pick up because we had to have that dumpster the next day for it to go to its next jobsite. The only response we got was that they understood. After no choice that day and us calling them again with no one answering our calls or emails - we sent both trucks: one dumped and the other took the empty dumpster away. We charged them the disclosed fees for the services provided. Fast forward a week - they initiated a chargeback through their bank for everything on this job: the initial charge for the delivered and improperly loaded dumpster, the dry run charge and the service to dump the load. All three charges were agreed to and approved. They lied to their bank. We responded to the chargebacks thru our processor and their bank reversed the chargeback of the original order but not the other two charges. Each chargeback also creates a fee from our card processor. We reached out to Dumpster Rental Enterprises to resolve the balance due which included late fees giving them the opportunity to get their account to zero before we elected to exercise our right to lien the jobsite. They attempted to blackmail us stating they would only pay a small portion of the balance and if we didn’t accept that then they would go online and give us bad reviews all over the place… we responded that all charges were already agreed to and disclosed in our written dumpster agreement which they had read and signed. The next day we received dishonest reviews from them on Google & Yelp. We responded to both reviews. We then expressed our sadness that they elected to go the review route rather than paying their bills - forcing us to issue a lien on their customers property and then we would also have to go to court to have the debt perfected. As these are our right under state law. Needless to say, Dumpster Rental Enterprises did elect to pay the total balance due. The reviews remain online, and that’s ok with us: we appreciate all feedback but we prefer honesty and integrity. Neither of these are attributes Dumpster Rental Enterprises
