Before processing the overage, our team attempted to contact you by phone and left a voicemail regarding the additional weight charge. Overage charges are billed to the card on file in accordance with the rental agreement, and when you requested supporting documentation, our team emailed you the landfill weight ticket. The ticket shows a net disposal weight of 20,140 lbs, or 10.07 tons. Landfill scale tickets unfortunately do not always display the customer’s service address or dumpster number directly on the receipt, which we understand can make the document less clear than we would prefer. Hi MSS, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that timely delivery is critical, especially when a project depends on having a dumpster on site. In this case, the delivery required a permit before we could legally place the dumpster. We kept you updated throughout the process, including when the permit was still pending and again once it was approved. As soon as approval was received on Monday, we scheduled delivery for the earliest available time on Tuesday.
