Hi Vincent, Thanks for your review! I'm glad ordering was easy, and I'm sorry for the confusion about the refrigerators. We can help with all three through our junk removal service, including the heavy lifting. Our team reached out by phone and email and left you a voicemail. If you still need help, please call us or reply to our email. We'll walk you through the cost and coordinate removal. Our team reached out by phone and email and left you a voicemail. Hi Gema, Thank you for your honest feedback, we really appreciate you pointing this out. We’re glad to hear the website and ordering process were easy to navigate, but we understand your concern regarding the additional fees. Our goal is always to be as transparent as possible, and fees like trip or relocation charges typically depend on specific situations, which is why they’re outlined in the rental terms. That said, we agree that making this clearer earlier in the process is important, and we’ll take your feedback into account as we continue improving how pricing details are presented. If you ever have questions about specific charges, our team is always happy to walk through everything upfront to avoid any surprises. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention. Hi Nkunim, Thanks for the feedback, we really appreciate it! We’re glad the site made it easy to place your order. That’s a great suggestion about listing major service cities more clearly on the homepage, and we’ll definitely take that into consideration as we continue improving the site.
