I came across this company while researching dumpster rental options and thought their website was clean, appealing, and very easy to navigate. I especially liked that the pricing is clearly listed, which makes it simple to see the available options. The only issue I had was not being able to continue to the payment page. Other than that, the site was straightforward and gave a good overall impression.

After I placed my order, I was told they no longer offer the size that they advertised. They were very communicative and offered to go a size larger for the same price but they were not sure if they would be able to deliver that size to my house. They said they would still need to charge me for the delivery attempt if they went out and found it could not be dropped off due to the conditions on site. They said they could send someone out to look at the site first to determine if they could make the delivery if I wanted to avoid the charge. That would have been great except they said it would be several days before they could send someone to check. They could deliver the dumpster the next day but they could not send anyone to make sure the dumpster could be delivered for several days. I could not make that work with my timeline. Good communication about an unhelpful process and an inaccurate website.

Hi Elder, Thank you for the detailed feedback. You're right — this should have been simpler. Our website incorrectly advertised a 15-yard dumpster for your area when our smallest deliverable size is 20 yards. That's an inventory display error we're correcting. You also raised a fair point about the timing mismatch: we could deliver the dumpster next day, but a site survey to confirm fit would take 3-5 business days. When you're on a tight timeline, that's not a workable tradeoff. We need a better process for handling site access questions that doesn't force customers to choose between speed and certainty. Since we couldn't verify clearance from photos alone — our drivers need to judge slope and overhead clearance in person for safety — we cancelled your order and issued a full refund rather than risk a failed delivery and trip charge. I'm sorry our process put you in that position and that we didn't have the right inventory available from the start. We're working to catch site access issues earlier so future customers get clearer guidance before booking. If your plans change and you'd like to revisit, please reach out directly — we'll make sure the process is easier. Cinthya Salas Ortiz Customer Service Manager Dumpster Rental Enterprises

Poor Communication. I Contacted you 24 hours before delivery date to be sure I had someone on site to receive the dumpster. The lady I spoke with told me that she didn't have a precise drop off time but asked me to check back the next morning for a precise time. I made sure I had someone at the drop location the following day by 8:30 am. At 9:25am I called your company for a delivery status and was told that they needed to check and would call me back. at 9:36am I received a Text Message from Kizz giving me an ETA between 12n-3p. Then I received a call at 9:36am from Kim telling me that the dumpster would be delivered around 2:48pm. Next thing I know around 11am they show up with the dumpster...THEN I get a notification from my bank that your company auto debited my account over $300 for a missed drop off appointment. I also received an email from Jerrome Espiritu telling me that Your COMPANY WAS BILLING ME $375 for a missed appointment when the dumpster had already been delivered!!! I had to then chase down Jerrome to let him know that the dumpster was there and the appointment WAS NOT MISSED. I did get the missed drop fee reimbursement but it sure caused a lot of confusion and anxiety. Not a good experience!!

Hi Dan, We’re sorry for the confusion around your delivery and appreciate you taking the time to share what happened. After reviewing the order notes, it looks like our dispatch team initially informed us that the delivery couldn’t be completed due to access issues at the property. However, the next day, the driver confirmed that the dumpster had in fact been successfully delivered during the original window. Once we learned that, we immediately voided the missed trip fee and issued the full refund the same day. We understand that receiving the incorrect charge notice caused unnecessary stress, and we’ve since reinforced our internal communication process with dispatch to help prevent this from happening again. For clarity, our delivery ETAs are available the morning of delivery once routes are finalized the night before. This helps ensure we can give the most accurate time frame possible. We appreciate your patience and are glad the delivery was completed as scheduled. If you ever need another rental, we’ll make sure your next experience is completely seamless. We used this company two times. The first time we had no trouble, they did a great job of dropping off the dumpster rental and picking it up. Then we were moving homes and decided to rent from them again. We kept the dumpster for two weeks. We knew the rules about what to put in and not to put in the dumpster. Well, they picked up the dumpster and claimed we put in two mattresses that they charged 95.00 a piece for. We immediately asked for pictures of said mattresses. No pictures could be provided. Don't you think if you are going accuse a customer of wrong-doing, you would take pictures? I am altering this review as finally the customer service worked with us to come to an agreement. We asked that they change their policy and have all their drivers take a picture of "not allowed" items before taking the stuff to the dump. They said they would consider that recommendation. We are now feeling better about the outcome of this ordeal

Hello Sandra, thank you for your feedback and we apologize that you were not 100% satisfied from the start. We are glad that we could come to a satisfactory resolution with you, and we have instructed our drivers to take photos of any prohibited items that are put in the dumpsters going forward.
