Zero service and never try to get from them charges extra for no reason and never send u the receipt when they have ur card info keep charging

We had a dumpster scheduled and fully paid for for drop off July 27th. We had it scheduled and paid for for about 4 days. On July 27th I got a call from Cynthia. I thought they were saying they were on the way, no. She was calling to say the system put my address incorrectly so for them to deliver the dumpster it would be an extra $250!!! What a scam!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dumpster company was frustrating. I was initially given incorrect dumpster dimensions, which led me to rent a container that was too small and incur avoidable extra costs. Despite this, I continued renting multiple dumpsters and spent a substantial amount with the company throughout my project. The biggest issue came at the end of the rental. I requested a dumpster pickup, but it remained on site for about a week. Their contract says pickup will be completed between 1 -4 business days. 7 full days later, and many calls, they finally completed pick up. During that time, additional material was added and the container was exposed to rain. The company later charged me an overage based on the final weight, even though I had already requested removal and no longer had meaningful control over those factors. They also could not provide accurate delivery windows, causing repeated delays in coordinating with my construction team. When I raised these concerns, the company acknowledged the pickup delay and offered a partial credit but refused to waive the remaining balance. I was then told that interest charges would be added if I did not pay within a few days. Their contract states that “excessive weight” will be billed beyond the included tonnage. I found this misleading because I stayed within the stated guidelines for construction debris, including wood and siding, yet every single load incurred hundreds of dollars in overage charges, charged to my credit card on file without my authorization. Based on my experience, I would consider other rental companies. I found their business practices concerning and was disappointed with the overall service.

Office help was a joke . Trying to get dump tickets for 2 weeks ,for city requirements. Only thing there worried about Is sending emails to verify. Tried them as a new co. My bad I’m in 6 cities around LA .

I reserved a dumpster for 7 days and was charged immediately, but then received multiple texts saying they couldn’t deliver it on the reserved date or even the following days. So they had no problem taking my money right away, but apparently had no ability to honor the reservation. To make things worse, after paying for 7 days, they then told me I could only keep the dumpster for 3 days because the City of Chula Vista would supposedly fine them. Conveniently, they also refused to prorate the cost for the reduced rental period. Their “solution” was to simply not charge me for a potential weight overage, something that may never have applied in the first place, especially since I lost four days of filling it. The entire experience was completely unprofessional and misleading. There was zero transparency, and it honestly felt like they were more interested in locking in payment than actually providing the service that was promised. Would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. I am still waiting on my refund.

First, I was invoiced incorrectly and the sales associate wanted to reverse the transaction and charge my credit card again. I was supposed to just wait for the funds to return to my account. Then the dumpster was dropped at 6 am without prior notification. Since it was not normal operating hours and no one answered the call, the driver left the container in a position that did not allow the door to be opened, while allowing access to the container at the same time. I called to ask to have the dumpster moved 5 ft away from the house, and they made me pay a $150 relocation fee. I don't agree with having to pay that fee when the driver should have gotten out of the truck and looked at the space he had provided to gain access to the dumpster. There was none!

Excellent response time on the drop off, but priced higher than competitors. When requesting pickup they do not ask for a time frame, or make note of the time frame when you requested it dropped off. They send a driver at 5am and charge a fee because it is not able to be picked up. Confirming a pickup window seems a basic business practice that this company blatantly ignores to upcharge their services. No "scheduling" occurred for the pickup with the customer. The email request for a pickup did not give the option to request a pickup time and no one called to confirm a time window. You showed up at 5AM, outside your own business hours, and stand behind your policy charging an "inconvenience fee". The time of pickup isn't the issue, its the lack of communication around the pickup time. Your team mentioned providing a discounted rate, but charged full price the next day. I have seen no refunds for the discount, please process as needed for what you deem as fair.

The worse service ever. We gave simple instructions to follow and it clearly stated it on the contract but they still did not follow it. We were told an ETA time and the dumpster was dropped off after ETA time provided. Also it takes them 1 to 4 business days to pick up dumpster. Because of them my work was behind 2 days. And it cost me a lot of off pocket for example I had to pay additional $1400 for the skidsteer because we couldn’t load the dumpster anymore and it was waiting game on the next dumpster to be dropped off. I won’t be back unless they find an away to make me happy. Service horrible. Don’t follow instructions nothing. Part 2: I reached out to Cynthia regarding her reply to my review and they did nothing but gave me the run around. I asked for 1 day refund and they said they will have to check with hire up but they never called me back. I followed back again and they said she was busy but will give me a call back. Nothing absolutely nothing was resolved if anything they wasted my time again. They reply to your review and act as if they will do something about the issue but all it is is for show. This company is horrible and lack of communication- I definitely will never be back again.
