Ya’ll just don’t
Ya’ll just don’t. They have all the bells and whistles, looks great, fun games, etc, but this is scam shady!
I’ve lost a ton of money to this place over time and now they’re refusing to pay a jackpot I hit for $57k.
Get this… I had an account that I closed back in 2023, they demanded a reason or they wouldn’t close it so when they asked me why I said it was because I was just gambling too much and I was taking a break and wanted to close it. I have had my information stolen online multiple times, so I’m not gonna just leave it open and not use it.
Anyway, I opened my account a couple months ago strictly reopening. I didn’t think it was a big deal. I’ve made multiple deposits since then, use the same name, same birthdate, and never had an issue. I’ve never been looked at for fraud, illegal activity, nothing. Anyway, I won a jackpot on December 27 in the amount of $57,000. When I went to withdraw it, I noticed that my email address was listed with an 08 and not 09 in it, like it should’ve. I must’ve just fat fingered the keyboard and not noticed. I messaged them and asked them to correct it….they said they look into it. 10 minutes later they said they were permanently closing my account and forfeiting my winnings due to breaking policy and having multiple accounts.
I have never had multiple accounts, I had one almost 3 years ago that I closed…and they said it was a permanent closure….so why would opening a new account with the same info mean having multiple accounts?
Well now I’m fighting with them; their instant messaging people say they can’t help and keep submitting it for review (smh), they won’t respond to my emails, won’t give me and legal department information so I can have an attorney reach out to them. At this point I’m going to the gambling commission cause this is just BS.
Edit: they sent me to the VIP department…ooohh fancy..NOT! They told me they couldn’t help, to wait for an email, and then sad they had to close the conversation and ended it before I could respond.
Wow, such great service!
***reply to DuckyLuck response:
Your team did not reach out to me to discuss this privately, they sent me an email saying this is final and they will not be reviewing it further. I have emailed multiple times to your team, I’ve messaged you on chat, and nobody has asked to speak with me privately to discuss this. They either do not respond, or they tell me to email you and then they disconnect me on the chat bot.
This is a scam. I closed my account at my request, I reopened my account at my request, your site let me, and it was open, and I played on it for a couple months. I lost money to you and you never close my account, you never questioned it. But the minute I won $57,000 and tried to cash out, you close my account and voided all of my money. Funny enough, you kept the money I deposited and lost. Maybe y’all should refund that if you don’t wanna pay me the money that I won on your legitimate website, the money I won legitimately.
I close my account with you because I was just playing a bunch and I was losing, and I didn’t want some random open account on the Internet that someone could hack, because I have been hacked on your site before. I have never requested that my bank decline or refund my deposits to ducky luck. That is incorrect. I closed my account, I did nothing illegal, I did nothing shady, I used your site according to the rules. I didn’t have multiple accounts, I had one account, that I closed, and then opened so I could play again. You people simply don’t want to have to pay the jackpot that you parade all over your website for someone to win, and then when someone actually wins it, you come up with some shady excuse. It’s all over every single review on this site. If you would like to discuss this privately, I’m happy to do so. However, I have already retained legal council, and we have attempted to contact the gaming commission that rules over DuckLuck and are waiting to hear back.
**Update
I received an email today and DuckyLuck essentially offered to buy me off and refund me my money that I used to deposit and play with (according to them this is “a goodwill resolution in fairness and transparency”). Instead of the full amount of my winnings, they offered me $2218.30 and ask that once I receive that money, I update a positive review on here. They made sure to mention that while it was at my discretion, they would value it very much.
So, instead of the $57,000 I won legally (in “fairness”) on their site, they’re asking me to accept just shy of 4% of my total winnings and happily take that and give them a positive review.
Decline. I will take my winnings or my legal rep will continue to take this further, and I will continue to give honest feedback and reviews until it is made right.
**Update:
I am unable to add to this beyond 70 characters. I have received a reply and my legal counsel will review and respond.

Hello Megan,

***Update***
Hello Megan,
We’re sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and understand how upsetting it is to feel like a win was taken away. We appreciate the chance to clarify, while being mindful of your privacy.
After reviewing the full account history, we can confirm that multiple accounts were created over time. As per your request, previous accounts were closed for responsible-play reasons and any subsequent accounts were automatically restricted once the system identified the connection. In addition, the deposits made on that account were later disputed through your payment provider and returned.
While the most recent account was initially able to deposit and play, additional checks can take some time to conduct. During this review, the prior account linkages and history were confirmed, and the winnings were voided in accordance with standard account-eligibility and responsible gaming rules.
We take responsible play and account integrity seriously and apply these protections consistently. Our support team remains available to continue this conversation privately if you’d like further clarification.
A request has been sent to you privately to discuss further actions and we would like to work together to resolve this request in a manner that benefits all parties.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Casino Experience Team

Hello Meagan,
My name is Caleb, and I am the Casino Manager at Ducky Luck. Your case was escalated to me, and I have now completed a full review of your account history.
At Ducky Luck, we take a customer-centric approach and are typically lenient when terms are broken unintentionally. When I was first informed of your case, I initially believed this to be a straightforward multiple-account issue and was inclined toward leniency. However, after reviewing your full history, I fully support the actions taken by our team.
It is clear that you were fully aware of our rules and repeatedly and intentionally circumvented the systems designed to enforce them. As a result, your winnings were correctly confiscated. While I would not have approved the return of your deposits had I been involved earlier, the team has already committed to refunding $2,218.30, and we will honor that commitment.
For clarity, the relevant history is summarized below:
• May 14, 2022: You opened your first account (Mrk***09), which you later requested to be permanently closed due to a gambling addiction. Accounts closed for this reason may never be reopened.
• October 5, 2022: A second account (Jcm***86) was opened using different personal details and was locked after being linked to your original account. No deposits were made.
• August 12, 2023: A third account (Meg***09) was opened using different contact and address information. It was linked, locked, and you were warned against further account creation. A $465 chargeback followed.
• February 11, 2025: A fourth account (Mke***84) was opened using new details. After credit cards were blocked, Bitcoin was used to deposit and generate the disputed winnings. During withdrawal review, the account links were confirmed, and the account was closed on December 27, 2025.
Our terms explicitly allow confiscation of funds when multiple accounts or deceptive information are used. This was not an accidental violation but a repeated, deliberate pattern despite prior warnings.
Accordingly, the closure of your account, confiscation of winnings, and refund of $2,218.30 is final. All records are fully documented and available to our legal team should you choose to pursue this further.

I tried to make a withdrawal of my with nothing but problems!…
I tried to make a withdrawal of my winnings on December 4, 2025 and was sent a check that my bank would not process due to the fact that the bank routing number on the check was incorrect. Luck duck then cancelled the check and returned the check to my account, with no explanation at all of the bogus check. On Dec. 19, 2025 I again tried to withdraw my winnings, this time giving them the information to make a wire transfer to my checking account. It shows that wire transfer take 3 business days. Every time I check the account its shows as still processing? 11 days and no explanation why it is taking so long. I send emails asking for explanations and get the same generic answer every time. The last email said it would go to provider on the 29th. It is the 30th and still no progress. I am beginning to wonder if I will ever see my funds. I use other online websites and have not had any trouble getting my funds. Does this have SCAM written all over it?
Response from DuckyLuckDec 31, 2025
Hello Lynn,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your withdrawal. This is certainly not the experience we want for you or any of our players, and we appreciate the opportunity to help clarify the situation.
First, we’d like to explain that our checks are issued from Canada. To ensure they can be successfully deposited, your bank must accept international checks. For best results, we recommend visiting your bank in person and depositing the check directly with a teller rather than using an ATM, as this helps prevent potential issues and ensures smoother processing.
Additionally, please note that Bank Wire withdrawals require up to 5 business days for auditing and processing, followed by up to 20 business days for delivery to your account. This information is also available on our website. For a faster option, we do offer Bitcoin withdrawals, which typically take 3 business days for auditing and processing and up to 1 business day for delivery.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance with your withdrawal, please don’t hesitate to reach out via our live chat. Our Support Team will be more than happy to assist you and address any concerns.
Kind regards,
Casino Experience Team

I cashed out and waited knowing there are no bit coin done over the weekend now i get the holidays but now it should have been paid out on 22 n still 26 noting this site is trash... it's not the first time
Response from DuckyLuckDec 29, 2025
Hello Tracy,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating delays can feel, especially around weekends and holidays. While Bitcoin is our quickest withdrawal method, weekends and public holidays do not count as business days, which can extend processing times. As a tip, we recommend requesting withdrawals earlier in the week whenever possible.
That said, we’re glad to confirm your funds have already been paid out, and we truly appreciate your continued play and the many successful withdrawals you’ve had with us in the past.
Best regards,
Casino Experience Team

Markets itself as the BEAU RIVAGE
This popped up as an ad for online gambling for the BEAU RIVAGE CASION . Downloaded as an app titled BEAU RIVAGE then opens up as a web page for Ducky Luck ! I wish I had a way to inform the BEAU RIVAGE because I'm sure their legal team would have a field day with this bait and switch tactic using their good name for some scammy website!
