First off this site from the verification process to getting help via chat has been nothing but outstanding. Every step of the way has been great. I opened my account one day while I was waiting in my dad to get a surgery done. I was up 7000.00 dollars and I logged off. I came back to the site and magically the money was gone I chatted with the people there and all they did was tell me that I had wagered the money and it was gone I explained how I stopped gambling and logged off due to the dr coming in to talk about the surgery. They did t help at all they said the sites history said I did big beats and lost. That was the first time! I then played again and won 4500 I went to withdraw it and now they’re saying I did a promotional deposit which states I can’t withdraw until I hit 145,000 wth is wrong with these people?! Not o my now it was the 7,000 plus the 4500. The chat people were lieing about what I said trying to see if I agreed with them.
