Stay away for this fake Casino.

This casino is a complete scam… Stay away! I’m now waiting almost 3 months to get paid, and all I keep being told as they’re working on it. The upper hosts lie through their teeth, and some William person who refuses to speak to anybody is in charge and doesn’t respond to emails and does nothing. Stay away from this site. They are so quick to take your money but when they OU all of a sudden they can’t find the money. They are horrible people.

The DuckyLuck Casino did not payout my winnings, despite that I adhered to all their rules and requirements for withdrawals. They block my account, the day after I payed the required deposit for withdrawal of my winnings. Hence, I cannot see or document any financial transaction. On Sunday the 26. March 2023, it has been weeks since I requested the withdrawal. My best advise is to stay away from this online casino. The casino is dishonest and fraudulent. Sincerely Lars Nielsen

Trying to login and say my password is wrong so I say forgot password and now it says my Gmail account doesn't exist and I just sent them money and then my account gets charged from them and when I look into my account there is also another charge from a company I never ever heard of watch out for this

Someone set up an account in my home that was staying here used all and i mean my personal info. I had a disabled husband a mom with a stroke and a son pass away. We had many people here and underage teens helping us using my phone got into all info. Lucky duck online casino has not made this resolved and don’t answer a lot of emails and are avoiding refunds when it’s unauthorized charges. People that are trusted took advantage of us and now casino doesn’t help resolve. They even deposited into my account winnings which i will gladly refund but they still owe my cards money. I wouldn’t trust online casino of lucky duck if they don’t cooperate being we did not authorize the charges. I’ll keep u updated and see if the comply and we will see how reputable they really are!!

Run from this site. Classic bait and switch casino. I cashed out a little bit one time. Since then it was down hill. No bonuses or free spins were ever won again. Just drained every deposit in minutes. This site is just a scam. Don’t use it. Trust me

Well they could start off by not taking someone's bonuses away who's been verified for 7 days. MAYBE, also I've won and withdrew one time one single time for 100 bucks.... If that's to skilled for bonuses you guys are a joke.... Customer service is never friendly quite arrogant and irrationally rude....
