DRPower EquipmentReviews of drpower.com

Ordered on a Sunday. Was delivered the following Thursday-pretty quick. Of course rains sets in for a few days. Was able to get into the fields. This machine works like a dream. I am very pleased with the performance. Ran solid for 5 hours with NO problems. I highly recommend this machine.

Very satisfied. correct part and good service, thank you

I was disappointed the transmission control cable broke after only about 20 hours of use. However, I was pleased the replacement cable was inexpensive & the repair was very easy. Ordering & shipping was very efficient.

The chipper came in very good condition. The carboard box was in great shape. The chipper itself was well packaged and protected. Got a phone call saying when my delivery was going to be, great communication.

I ordered the Powerwagon on Sat. and was delivered on Fri. That is pretty good. The guy I talked with on phone was helpful and answered all my questions.

I went to purchase a reconditioned Stump Grinder that was listed on your web site. I was told I could not since it was already gone. I didn't want the self perpelled model. So I stopped the call. I ended up receiving a order confirmation for the Self perpelled model I didn't want. Very pushy and unprofessional sales.

I bought my field & brush mower along with the snow blower accessory about 11 years ago. It is an 18hp brute and everything is over engineered to make it last. The parts I ordered like the tensioner spring, drive belt, etc are what I consider reasonable consumables. The most surprising thing is it still has the original battery! Do you know the part# for the Orange paint so I can touch up the edges?

Purchased a DR 2-stage Pro 24 Snowblower, Within less than 3hrs of using it the following occurred; Forward & reverse speeds stopped working, the impeller stopped throwing snow, and the machine began giving off a powerful burning smell. Have to wait till next week for repair shop to take it for repairs. In the meantime I have no way of clearing my driveway, can't shovel due to my back injuries (disabled vet). I'm leaving a review here because the company will not allow me to put a review on their website. I guess that's what I get for buying cheap Chinese made garbage. Should've followed my gut instinct and tracked down an older 100% non-Chinese snowblower. I'll update this review after the repair shop takes the snowblower, I'm 98% certain now that DR Power will refuse to honor their warranty. ***Update*** To DR's credit, they did honor their warranty and the repairs were at no cost to me
