This has been the worst experience with any company ordering. I originally order my chipper parts 15 weeks before! At the purchase time, I was told 3-4 weeks and it was in stock. 4 weeks pass, I call again and verified through "customer no service". We are sorry a little backed up, but it is in the warehouse and will ship in a few days. Its now 4 months and still being told it will ship shortly. I will never purchase anything directly from Dr power again. My neighbor ordered a generic brand and received it in 2 weeks and also less expensive! I am a Customer lost due to lies! I would give them no star if I could...

DRPower Equipment is the best...the best tools and power equipment and the best customer service. I have had to deal with customer support four or five times this spring for parts issues and their customer service is FANTASTIC!

Bought a 26" Pro bush cutter from a local dealer and purchase the extended warranty through DR. Very helpful folks. Thanks Tom

I have not received it yet tracking number keeps changing the day it suppose to come

This was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying anything. First of all you wouldn’t except my brand new credit card that I just applied for. Second of all they didn’t put the right delivery address on there. Took the day off to be here for the delivery lost a bunch of money and the delivery didn’t even show up. I highly recommend that you don’t use UPS because they are freaking terrible. How could there be so many mistakes when there’s so much money involved here. I am totally disappointed. This was the most stressful purchase I’ve ever had to make!?!?!? Sorry this is a negative review but hopefully you guys can learn from your mistakes in this will not happen to any more of your future customers.

So far vary good but I have only 2 hours on the machine.

Your knowledgeable staff was able to help me troubleshoot a non-start issue. The process would have been less bothersome if a wiring schematic for my machine could be listed.

i am posting a poor rating simply based on a delivery tha fact the add said 3-5 days for shipping then i find out after placing my order the unit is back ordered for 12 more weeks, useless for this years gardening.
