I miss Massdrop or at least I miss the original idea behind the company. I feel like Drop is now more interested in making their own products, like Monoprice, then mass purchasing a product form another company at a discounted price. Not that making your own products is bad, I simply miss the old approach. My wish is for Drop to keep a section of the company open to the old ways of Massdrop. Outside of this the only real constructive criticism would be the time it takes to get products, but I always know it will take time when I join a drop so I'm never disappointed at least I haven't been yet!

Drop,In spite of enjoying some of your knife collaborations which is the extent of my interest with Drop I have 2 serious gripes, the first is our lack of access in the customer service dept., Drop if you care about your clientele offer phone assistance, the last thing I want when I have a question to be addressed is to go through the BS of filling out a form, you can do better and I will admit your response time has improved recently but still, better access and a quick response means a customer might finalize a decision to make their purchase instead of moving on and perhaps buying elsewhere.. The other major complaint I have which you could easily remedy is your choice of shipping carriers. In regards to domestic orders I have waited as long as 14 days due to the drop ship system you employ, should I have to pay a shipping upgrade due to your inability to use a more efficient system? The same applies to shipments from China which in my experience has been even worse with the Mickey mouse carrier you have selected I typically have to wait in excess of 30 days. The reason this gripes me so is I have purchased probably over 100 TwoSun knives the past couple of years and they use the EPAC system and without fail with the exception of the holidays they deliver their product in 2 weeks time almost to the day. I have mention this in the past to a service agent and really got no reply , like should I really care? You can do better Drop, keep in mind that with the knives coming from China which we have already waited on in some cases another 30-40 days is a unreasonable time frame and one in which I know could be improved upon. Besides those two undressed complaints and that you still insist on marring my knives with your excessive logo I am a satisfied customer, what ever happened to you using your "D" on the pivot ? A sterile blade will always appeal to the majority of knife enthusiast, try asking a few why don't you. Cheers

Great items, great prices!

Good products. Good pricing. Loosing one star for not being able to see my past purchase history on my account. Referrals also not trackable.

Good prices, good customer service

Interesting selections. Pricing on certain items are better elsewhere so shopping around makes sense. Some cool ideas with regard to bounty boxes but growing pains in terms of offering and execution
