Terrible customer service. I have been unable to reach a live person and just receive AI responses to inquiries. I have never received the product. Too bad zero stars is not an option.

I cannot believe all the awful reviews! I had an amazing experience. I got the product quickly and the shade was a little light but want sure if the medium would be too dark. I sent an email about it and they just popped the other shade in the mail. Amazing! CS was great. I love the eye corrector. Happy customer!

If I could give this company a 0 star, I gladly would! Their product gave me allergic reaction, and canceling my subscription in the aftermath of that was so difficult! I got charged for my box and have been having a very difficult time reversing it. Only way to get in touch with customer service is via a form - no calls, no text, a chat feature that doesn't work. I work in Customer Care myself for a subscription service company and this is not how we treat customers! Very disappointed with their product and service.

Awful customer service. I tried over and over to cancel a product that burns my face, and they kept sending it, and won’t take it back!

Terrible! Company. Products are half way decent but the CSRs are not trained properly and they have no idea how to handle customer complaints. This company is based out California and I doubt there is oversight on what they put out. No quality control.

Great company with many great products! I use the DayDream sunscreen for sports and it is great. I have tried a lot of their products including the C+E, the neck cream, C5 moisturizer, universal tint sunscreen and the physical sunscreen. Every product was great.

I am totally shock and disappointed with this company and customer service. I am still waiting to see it it is a scam one. I have place an order a while back, and not only didn’t receive it but the customer service replies for my enquiries sometimes comes empty, and the tracking number they gave me simply doesn’t exist!!!! I have been asking for cancellation/ refund to no avail!!! Unbelievable!!!!! My advice is Don’t buy from this company’ ever !

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. They have glowing reviews on their site but are a terrible company. I placed an order and never received a confirmation or the items. It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order, I contacted them after two 2 and a week later still no response. Edit: the products arrived after a month of waiting. They are definitely not worth it, caused a lot of irritation and a breakout. I bought the spf and concealer, both badly made. Such a waste of time and money!
