Yesterday, I purchased a mask, and unfortunately, I felt that it's a scam company. I chose one time purchase, and they put me on automatic monthly payments, and they also added an advanced neck cream to my shopping car without my consent. I read the Google reviews after my purchase, and there were too many complaints. This company doesn't have a phone number. I requested my money back. The worst thing is I paid with PayPal. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING please. Stay away!

I love this company and their products - I had purchased the tingl pads and my face broke out horribly (not because of the pads, I later learned I was using two different acne medications for my skin and they reacted); however, even with my own mistake, I explained to them, via email, how the product made my face break out and that I could return the unopened one I had for a refund or store credit and they IMMEDIATELY refunded me and let me keep the item as well. They replied within minutes and my refund was in my bank account the next day. Since I started using their products, my face hasn't broke out ONCE!! And I've had a history with adult acne for the last 4 years and my regimen with them completely cleared my face - I also have to say I get compliments on my skin all the time, since using their products. I am obsessed!

After reading the reviews will not order any products from them. Don't want to take a chance on their customer service or lack of!

I ordered the Needless Serum from Toronto, Canada. My credit card was charged immediately even before a shipping notice. Then the fun began! After 3 weeks, without any update on shipping, I complained. I got replies like, we are looking into it, 3rd party shipping, when we hear we will let you know. I asked for a refund, no response. I emailed regularly asking where my order was. Same response, we will let you know when we hear from our 3rd party shipper. So today, I told them I’m contacting my credit card company to report them and will be seeing my Dermatologist this week and will tell her how your company operates. Guess what? Immediate refund!

They are quick to charge my card and have my $ deposited into their account before shipping my item. Reputable companies do not charge until the merchandise has been shipped! I’ve been waiting over a week now for my order. Never again!

I'd been looking for a moisturizing tinted sunscreen and figured I'd give their universal tint moisturizer a go off instagram. At first I was skeptical, but I really don't wear anything besides this sunscreen and some powder on my face when doing make up these days. I enjoy putting it on, and unlike a lot of my other products it never pills. So far my customer service experience has been good, though I'll update my review should that change. Just put in my second order! --- Review update: Their customer service is totally stellar and were so helpful when I misunderstood a product/created an order by mistake. I have since purchased multiple other items from this company and love them all.

The very worst customer service. If your skin has a reaction, don’t believe their “100% guarantee” policy. They do not return emails and they do not give you an RMA number so you can return item for a refund. Total scam!

I purchase their needless serum, booster and peptide cream renew after 1 day using them, my face became swollen, so i emailed them and told me to lower the dosage and use slowly because its normal that your skin will have reaction using new products. so i followed their instructions but after 3 times using them my face is full of pimples and rashes. Which I decided to see dermatologist which cost me thousand to treat my rashes and pimples.
