I am really disappointed and frustrated with the way this company works. I ordered the eye patches more than three months ago but they were delivered to a different location than my address. After waiting for more than two months I requested my money back and instead of that I was charged again for the same product I never received. Real disappointment!!!

Company is a TOTAL SCAM. I would leave a negative or zero rating if I could, and was still able to leave a review. NO customer service by email or V/M. I finally found a phone number for them on my credit card statement. Says I rec'd a trackable pkg by USPS but I didn't. Called my cc company.

This line WRECKED my skin. The under eye correcting product left my eyes dry and scaly up to the lower lid. The lotion and microdermabrasion dried my skin out while somehow making it seem moisturizing…TOTAL WASTE, And it is taking WEEKS to get my skin back to normal. ZERO STARS

Attempting to return 2 products as my skin reacted poorly. It’s been several days since requesting an RMA number. After 3 e-mails, I noticed the responses were generated via AI. I am so angry; save your money. Horrible company. Wish I knew what else I could do.

Placed an order for 6 items, received an empty box. USPS affixed a label stating the package was received without contents. There is NO customer service available, only AI generated automated responses. The level of negligence is egregious. Not only was my order never packed but someone had the audacity to hand over an empty box to a mail carrier...appalling! It's a shame because their products are relatively decent.

I only wish I could give this company zero stars. I ordered from them and was told the item was shipped on 16 March. I have still not had a delivery. When I left a negative comment on Instagram, they lied to me, claiming Easter had delayed shipment. They claimed to have shipped this again, but the tracking link does not show this. Don't fall for this - they are clearly not legit.

Total scam. I have to report them to better business bureau. They do not have a customer service department. It’s all AI. Save your self sometime and call your credit card company for refund.

I placed an order more than a month ago. The international shipping is estimated to take 8-14 days but my order hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times and asked for a refund or re-send my order but they’re brushing me off (they’re attempting to contact the courier for more than a week). Not happy
