Non-existent customer service. The phone # is disconnected, the Chat doesn't work and the only option is to fill out a form on their website and hope they return the email. I contacted them to return a product that was the wrong color. Crickets on their end. I never heard received a response from them. False advertising as to the return policy. Very poorly run company. Avoid this one!

It's a SCAM Got the same treatment as all below in comments, customer service is fake.....there is no customer service. DO NOT waste your money on this product, it's JUNK! It made my daughter eyes swell up and she lost a day of work.

I wish I could put a zero star. everyone is right the customer service does not exist. I have been trying for days to contact someone and I get the same response. Someone will contact you in four hours. I have already put a stop payment on my credit card, they will not see a dime for me! Scam! Scam! Run!

This company has a 60 day return policy, which seems really generous until you actually try to initiate a return. You can only initiate a return by emailing customer service. Customer service responded to my initial email about the products I wanted to return, and told me "sometimes it takes a few days for your skin to adjust," and asked if I still wanted to proceed with the return. I responded yes and heard nothing for 5 days, so I emailed again and have still heard nothing (9 days). I'll be calling my credit card company to reverse the charge because their customer service sucks.

They do not really offer returns because customer service is non existent. They do not reply to emails and the only way to get a refund is through emailing them.

I received 1 email from April on the 22nd, which I replied on 2/22 and then sent a follow up email on 2/24 requesting a return label. On 2/26, I reached out again via the “contact us” page, as I had not heard back regarding the return. I was sent an email back stating the initial email went to my junk or spam and a screenshot of April’s reply— I didn’t get any help with the return. I replied to that email on 2/26, requesting a return as the luminous concealer did not work for me. I did not recieve a response to my reply in 2/26. I emailed the company again on 2/28. I received a reply with a screenshot of April’s 1st message (which I acknowledge I received) and no return instructions. I am not sure why I am not getting a return authorization after I have expressed my desire to return their cakey concealer multiple times. There seem to be quite a few experiences with their customer service not being responsive.

Don't waste your money. Their customer service is non-existent. They offer a refund if you are not completely satified but then they do not send the instructions to return and if you return without the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) they will charge you 15% of the order total. This company is a scam. They do not have a phone number to get in contact with them, their chat system is inoperative and even though they answered my initial email, asking what was the problem with the product, after I answered, they just disappeared. I have sent two more emails to follow up and asking for the RMA and no response. Their products do not work. I cannot understand all the good reviews but discover that most are incentivated. They also say that they are medical grade and that is another lie. Do yourself a favor a avoid this company.
