This was my first order ( Ordered the Luminous eye corrector) and I was hesitant at first because of all the negative reviews over here. I really wanted to try the product tho, since I am from germany I cant find it here. It arrived today in a amazing pakaging. It was easy to order and pay, I didnt have issues as ppl mentioned that you get a hidden subscription, thats totally false.I will buy products from there again. I am very happy with my purchase and as I said the pakaging is so beautiful , thank you <3

Ordered the Luminous eye corrector. Never received it. Still waiting for my refund.

Order was sent missing an item but was charged for it. Email asking for refund was never answered or item ever refunded. It’s been almost 2 months. Terrible.

Drmtlgy.. Warning.. They do put expiration dates on their products. I bought extra bottles there was a sale. Well I had to throw out 4 bottles after pushing the company to find out expiration. They were bottled in August 2023 and expiry was September 2024. Had I not checked I would be using expired products. DO NOT OVER BUY. I will no longer buy from DRMTLGY. I HAD TO PUSH TO GET ANSWERS. Buyer beware.

Feels like a scam. Was sent the wrong item, have tried several times to initiate a return/exchange via the method spelled out on their website. NO response. NO way of reaching customer service. Nothing. Just wasted my money.

I was charged over and over again and they keep sending me the same product how could one even finished using. Mostly fake reviews as they blocked my honest reviews. They tinted moisturizer smelt expired. Oily and cause breakups. Careful of them.

Not going to lie I like a few of Drmtlgy products but when I had a bad reaction with two (new)products, I reached out to return them. I have made THREE attempts to get an RMA via their online form. It states a customer service person will get in touch within a few hours…I’m still waiting and it’s been a month since my first try. I tried a phone number I found online which of course led nowhere. So not okay! I may go to the BBB and report them.

After reading so many bad reviews, I was afraid I too would have a negative experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I tried two products which did not meet their 100% satisfaction guarantee in 60 days, and so I filled out their form for a return on both. Within 36 hours, I had a response from customer service, and refunded immediately. They told me to keep the unused portions. Thank you Drmtlgy for honoring your policy.
