I placed an order four weeks ago, spending over $100 and have yet to receive my products. Their customer service keeps telling me they’re working on my order. At this point, I consider their site to be fraudulent!

I absolutely love their sunscreen products! Specifically the tinted moisturizer SPF and the eye corrector with SPF. Their website shipping is fast and I've ordered from them a few times. Highly recommend!

Ordered products which I never received even though the tracking information says delivered. Not sure if they were delivered to the wrong address or stolen from my building’s mail room, but in either case, customer service was not willing to help. They just told me I should take it up with the mail carrier myself - which is a wild goose chase at best. Definitely don’t recommend purchasing from this company.

Product irritated my eyes. The number to call is so small on the box it can't be read.

I didn't want to resort to writing this poor review of customer service. There isn't any!! They informed me they were aware that I didn't receive a product I had ordered, and said they were taking care of the issue and that there was no need to contact them. That was three months ago, and I have had several emails back and forth since then. Still no product. It made me lose faith in the company overall. Are any of their claims correct? How do I know? You can never speak with a person and I have a feeling that a human doesn't even respond via email. Who even makes the products?

The universal tinted moisturizer is a great go-to for days I’m not wearing full make up. But the MVP it the luminous eye corrector, it replaces my Cle De Peau concealer now because it corrects, not conceal, so it works better without caking up like a thick cream. The last one I’ve tried is the advance neck cream, it’s cleared my eczema and I would like to think with massage, it firms up a little.

I ordered the SPF 41 loose powder with brush, eye luminous 41. First of all the packaging for the powder with spf is sooo hard to use, i need to tap more 20times to see if there’s powder comes out from the tube but almost nothing comes out. So annoying. Also the luminous creates a crease around my eyes

Terrible customer service. I attempted to return an SPF powder due to a white cast and was told I needed to pay for the return shipping. They do not stand behind their products and getting an RMA and return instructions was a nightmare.
