This company is fraudulent in their behaviours. They sign you up to subscription without telling you they have done it. The only way you discover it’s in place is after they send you an order is on its way email. When you advise you didn’t make the order they say to bad, it’s in transit there’s nothing we can do. There’s is something you can do, you can refund the fraudulent transaction and stop signing up people to a subscription without their knowledge. If you believe subscription is honest and ethical, make it clear and give the customer the choice. Hiding it is sketchy. Do not purchase from this company until they clean up their website and poor practices of ripping off customers.

I did NOT get what I ordered, and they have been taking $39 a month out of my checking account for filters that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. Scam. Run away, don't walk. I'm filing a complaint with my state's attorney general.

Customer Service is great. Anthony G. was great, very prompt, very informative! Shower does what it is supposed to do as we just upgraded to the 2.0. Filters are extremely expensive which is a huge drawback. The push after the click to buy but before paying is also obnoxious. Nonetheless, has been a good product for us.
