The showerheads and filters arrived, but I was disappointed with the quality of the material. After installing them as instructed, they began to leak. I reached out to the company for assistance and was informed that I would have to cover the shipping costs. To my surprise, they quoted me $300 for shipping! Now, I’m left with two faulty showerheads and a year's supply of filters. I would advise avoiding this product at all costs!

STAY AWAY! The shower head is like pins on your skin, no control over it. Returns and refund are nonexistent. Typical HIT AND RUN artists! They will not respond to your complaints. STAY AWAY!!!

Shower stream is too narrow, our shower has Moen valve that controls water temperature and if you use your shower head close to the body, water gets very hot and conversely it gets cooler when off your body. Like the shower stream, but doesn't cover the body like others. Good job of marketing by your company.

100% SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANY DRIVSE SHOWERHEAD. You will get zero refund from their shonky, 'responsive' but ineffective, crap customer service and at best - they'll just replace their faulty products (two in a row broke, both started spraying side bursts of water through hairline crscks wuthin weeks or receiving and hardly using them) with more versions of their crap, rubbish products - that all break within no time. I complained and asked for my money back within weeks of the first showerhead leaking everywhere and instead, DRIVSE just IGNORED this request and sent me another showerhead. It took another few months for the second showerhead to also start spraying side bursts of water from hairline crscks, just like the first - and when I told them, they said they couldn't help me as I was out of 90 day warrantee - even tho J originally complained within it and they refused to refund me then. They are horrible scanners - what a waste if USD$107 (bought 2 showerheads - they sent another, so guessing the thirds I still have will end up landfill too within no time). The bedf the offered me after all this debacle was 60% off on any new crap product I wanted. NO thanks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND, JUST OVERPRICED CRAP PRODUCTS THAT BREAK QUICKLY. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO OR EVEN -10 IF I COULD DISGUSTING. WHAT SCAMMERS.

I was a little sceptical about purchasing this shower head but I am so happy that I did! The quality is great! I’ve used it one time so far and I love the different settings! I ordered 3 total and the filters! Great buy! I’m a lifetime customer!

DO NOT BUY. I would give zero stars if I could. Agree with other review - how will you know if it works well without hooking it up? They say Satisfaction Guaranteed or money back - but small print says you have to return it in original unused condition so????? The one I bought (with colored fan on the back side) is a plastic piece of junk from China. Total cheap junk. It's all super lightweight cheap plastic. AND it does not come with a hand held hose. You have to buy that extra - at a hardware store??? Finally, purchased a hose and hooked it up and the water pressure is BS. I don't know if it will be worth it to anyone if I donate the 3 heads I bought to Goodwill or if I should just save someone else the misery and disappointment and throw them out. My husband said throw them out:( If you like throwing out money, then buy these heads. Oh, and I also found out after buying them, that if I did want to return them, I would have to return them to Spain!

We ordered an Iondrops filtered showerhead from this company, and after trying it for several days, we were disappointed with the lack of increased water, pressure, and the overall use of the showerhead. We requested a refund and found that we had to pay, at the very cheapest, $197 to ship it back to Portugal! We feel their 60-day moneyback warranty/guarantee was deceptive in that they have no mailing address within the United States to return it. Obviously we cannot afford to spend $197 in shipping costs to obtain a $39.99 refund! I will never purchase anything from this company again!
