I purchased Drivse shower heads (3units). The good- the shower force is great! The bad- it is entirely made out of cheap plastic. The shower head in my master shower, broke within 45 days where it cracked from one end and started leaking. The Drivse customer service refuses to replace the unit, refund my money or even replace the broken part. I would advise everyone to stay away from purchasing from l this manufacture. They DO NOT care about their customers and worse is, it is made out of cheap plastic! Stay away!

The quality of the product was ridiculously bad. One look and we knew we wouldn't want the product. When we attempted to return it. They claimed that they only guarantee the shipment arrived safely. If you received their cheap-ass shower head and it wasn't broken then you couldn't return it. This is not a money back guarantee. This is a scam. Even if it was damaged, you have to ship it to Portugal. Of course no one will get a refund. I suggest that you dispute the charges because of fraudulent sale.

Please people do not order this product. It is not worth the time and effort. The company will not refund your money and the ad is very, very, very misleading, I ordered this showerhead. I cancelled 4 minutes after ordering. They give a 24 hour window to cancel. The company still processed the order. A German showerhead shipped from china. Buyer beware. I work hard for my money and this company scams. Don’t ORDER.

horrible product being sold by a horrible china co ,if you want to return because its defective and doesnt work and is not reverse osmosis,then you have to pay to ship the garbage back to china do not buy this product

I have tried the product now for over a month and the first filter needed to be changed due to all the dirt it has accumulated already. The pressure is good and I understand it helps blood circulation. Yet, I must also say, as others, that the water does not give me the same "heat" effect on my body as with my normal shower head. Yet that is a point I can accept for knowing that the water is filtered so well and all that has stayed in the filter is now not on my head, in my hair and body.

If there would be a negative rating scale they would get a minus 5 stars from me. Multiple things are wrong with this company: To begin with, the products arrived late - everything is shipped from China. I had ordered the Turbo Shower head, the shower hose and holder, and 12 filter replacements. After arrival, I tested the product for 10 minutes, and it turned out that the shower head does not work well in our shower. The shower head ended up being mounted too high using our standard shower head water outlet. The result was a mist like water trickle and cold water even on the hottest water setting. I requested a return of all products for a full refund. Several days later, I received an email that did not appear to come from Drives but either another company or a support person called Criceleu (Support) asking for a picture. After informing this person / company that a photo does not provide any additional information they proceeded to tell me that they do not offer full refunds for “used products” and the maximum they could offer was a 15% refund. I responded that any reputable company would provide a full refund. I have not heard back from them since, and I’m now sitting on over $150 worth of useless products. I can only recommend to use extreme caution before ordering any product from them.

I will be quite honest in that I know nothing about the actual product itself because I've never received them. On November 27th 2024 I responded to an ad and ordered three shower heads for $75 but as I was checking out I realized that the filters were going to bump up the cost significantly. I am retired on a fixed income and decided this was just not something in the budget right now so I immediately canceled and I have been dealing with the company ever since. Not only did I not get the shower heads which is fine because I did cancel but I have yet to receive my $75 refund. I know it does not seem like a lot of money but it is to me and I just keep getting emails saying they have gathered all the information and I will be getting my refund and as of today I have not yet received it but I did get another email saying they're apologizing for the high volume of responses they are dealing with and will be sending my refund. Do not deal with this company! They are not honorable and at the very least very poorly managed. As I said, I know nothing about the product but everything else has been super negative for me. This company is full of shit,they advertise the product in a way to catch your eye which they did,product came wasn't impressed at all poor quality,water pressure wasn't the best so I returned my moen head back on,was gone try refunding it but after seeing these complaints I'll chalk my 40.00 as a lost threw that shit in the trash,I'm not on her to sugarcoat shit I'm mad ad he'll about wasting my money so hell yeah soon they gone feel the rath,don't play with my money that's like playing with my money and I'm not going,I'm gone dig dig dig until I get a phone number I called the BBF better business beaura on them hopefully they get somewhere,being in another country means nothing to me anyone thinking on buying this piece of shit dont
