I ordered the showerhead and filters which I received 3 weeks after ordering. Since then they have tried to charge me on my Apple Card 11 times. They continually try charging this but my Apple Card Account declined all but the first charge. I have tried to contact them to stop trying to charge me, but I have received no response. Be careful out there. They are a scam!!!

Don’t buy it. The ads I watched claimed to have some aroma it distributes, high pressure and to help your skin and hair. None of which has been an experience from this this cheaply made thing. I emailed them about this and they want a video clip of the water pressure and said they never claimed any aroma lol. Reporting to the bbb.

The customer service is non existent. Once you place your order, it is impossible to get any response from the options that they give for contacting them, other than automated ones. I ordered their product November 12. It is February 3, I don’t have it. The tracking is useless and they do not care! Apparently, once you place your order and they “ship” it, it becomes your problem.

They claimed to have shipped my items, but I never received them (zero follow up). Additionally - they fail to mention the rather expensive filters, hose, and holder are not included with the shower head order until after you’ve paid for it. You’re then obligated to pay more than double the initial cost to use the device. Deceptive business practices. When asked their response: "To resolve this, we would be happy to reship the product you ordered. You would just need to cover the shipping cost, which is typically 30% of the total product value." The company is fraudulent, risking litigation and a report with the BBB currently.

Used it twice then the spiral hose protector came undone from the wand, soon after the inner hose blew out splitting the hose making it usless. THIS PRODUCT IS POORLY CONSTRUCTED USING INFERIOR MATERIALS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, ITS JUNK.!!

Do not buy this product. Horrible customer service and I’ve not received my order from 11/4/24. Fraud with no recovery unless your credit card company helps you

They sent the wrong size replacement filters, which I ordered a lot of. When I emailed to request an exchange, they said that it was my fault that the wrong size was sent even though the filters were suggested automatically for the model I purchased and I was not given an option for filter size. They offered to exchange if I would pay shipping and 40% of the cost of the correct size filters. This is a great SCAM for selling lots of filters, but a very poor way to treat customers who otherwise had committed to purchasing filters for life. I'll just put my old shower head back on and trash this shower head instead. How stupid can you be???

I ordered the DRIVSE showerhead and 24 filters. First thing I noticed was that the shower head is made of cheap plastic. Also, they state in their marketing that the shower head will fit on your existing flex hose and receiver, but it did not. I tried to find a receiver at two big box hardware stores, and they did not have anything that would hold the oversized showerhead handle. I decided to return the unused showerhead and filters. I emailed DRIVSE support saying I wanted to return my purchase and got a response basically saying they received my request and will get back to me promptly, but two weeks later and several more emails and calls to 720-316-8259 I have not gotten the requested address to send the items back. When you call their customer service number all you get is a message saying "There is no one available to take your call, please leave a message, your email and your phone number, and we will get back to you" I did just that and they did not respond. $159.99 wasted by another SCAMMER. Total rip off. Wish I checked reviews first. Hard way to learn a lesson! Just what the world needs; another POS company ripping hardworking folks off.
