A terrible company. Have no idea about the product because I didn't compete the purchase, yet they say I did. As soon as I was notified that I had placed an order, which I dud not, I sent a message saying not ti send, I didn't order. When the product arrived, I refused it, thus never opening it. They refuse to make it right. Do NOT open their site. They'll SAY you purchased!! Awful company!!

I bought our Drivse Shower Head in Feb '25 & at the same time I bought the SPECIAL Priced Filter Replacements (9) at 50% Discount so it was ONLY $72. We have really bad water &it has made a world of difference & we have been very happy! UNTIL this past Wked - May 31-Jun1'25. I Replaced the filter & proceeded to turn the water on to warm while I brushed my teeth. BUT - as I was at the sink I was getting soaked by a stream of water coming OVER the shower rod curtain - so I reached to turn off the shower. I tried tightening it - but just had major TOTAL shoulder Replacement & not enough strength to tighten - so fortunately - I had saved the previous reg shower head we had & changed it out. After mowing grass, my husband came in to shower & I told him he would have to tighten the head handle b/c I couldn't & it was spraying / rather soaking me over the curtain rod. So he tried & then turned it on & it just streamed everywhere!! But his eyes being better than mine - saw there was a crack right at the connection of the handle to the head where you put in the filters. So trying to still use it - we used plumbers tape - Nope! Then Medical Tape - NO WAY!! So back on went our previous shower head.Thank the Good Lord!! I was looking to see what their Customer Service Num was online & found that there is NO NUMBER to be had!! All through online ordering, disputing, complaining, or telling abt a faulty piece - WHICH NOW - we realize must be a continual theme for Drivse with Drivse Shower Heads. It said for Reund/Returns - you had to have a pic of problem & copy of Invoice of purchase. Now - I am one of those people's who still has to have a receipt for EVERYTHING from EVERYWHERE!! My bill drawer & overstuffed shoe boxes at Y'End proves me to be true - including grocery store receipts! Yep - that's me, thru & thru!! So to go to my Housing File & NOT FIND my Invoice for the Shower Head Order was very disturbing to say the least & I went thru it 2 xs - piece by piece!! What I didn't find was very upsetting but what I DID FIND was EQUALLY UPSETTING ... 2 receipts for Ordering the SPECIAL Priced 9 pk filters refills. SOOOO - now I realize I have bought 2 filters refills for $72 & $77 BUT >>have only received ONE (1) refill set !!!! SO now I'm out a refill set & a broken shower head & all I can do is submit the ONLY invoices I have & explain my need of an additional refill set AND a New Shower Head. BUT >> do I really expect to receive these things??? No, NOT AT ALL - b/c their Refund/Return clause says "w/In 30 days". So I have a packet of 9 refill filters & no way to use them - at all!!! All I can do is send a copy of the charge on my VISA WF Card for $39.99 on 2/17/25, that proves I bought the shower head - BUT - again - I'm most certainly out of the 30 day window. Soooo - JUST wanted to say - at this point I have spent over $189 - and have nothing to show for it being useful at all!! Very Sad- Very Disappointing!!! :-(((((

Horrible customer service. They advertise saying it's money back guaranteed. But if you look in details if you try them, you can't return. Tried calling them numerous times and was on hold forever.

My shower head leaks all over the place, like a sprinkler. I asked for a replacement, they said they are happy to give me 50% off another one. I think they should fix the leaking problem on their product, why should I pay for another leaking shower head? Read reviews pple, lesson learnt here.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I purchased the shower head and 12 filters. They put me on a renewal list which I never do. And sent me another pack of filters 12 days later for $36. I called them immediately and told them and they said too bad they're on the way. They can't do anything about it even though I did not receive the package for another two and a half weeks. It also took over 2 months for me to get the original shower head. They are liars and they are cheaters. Their product is terrible if you use the filters you have absolutely zero water pressure. It sprays a radically it is made of very cheap material it keeps falling out of its own holder. And they do not care you call them text them they don't answer they give you a runaround it's absolutely horrible what an absolutely disgusting company to deal with. I hope this helps somebody because I don't normally do this but this really got to me.

This co pany is fraud, They are crooks. I purchase 3 shower heads and as I read more it said something about purchasing filters separately so I canceled the order. Then I got an email from customer service offering me 12 free filters if I proceeded with the order, so I sId ok, got my order 2 week later and is all good. I figured I would try the product since they say is money back guaranteed. Now I just got a charge for $67:50 For the subscription. I never read anything about a membership. So I requested to just return everything and cancel the whole order. Now I have to ship the product back to Portugal and it will cost me more to send it back than to keep the order..Do not get scammed by this people. Always read reviews before you buy..

Did not come with hose and bracket, so it is worthless.

Total trash. Bought one and it sprays everywhere like a sprinkler. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews prior to buying this and additional filters. (Reviews mention all of the leaks) Customer service said I can return it, but at my expense…to Portugal. Do NOT waste your money
