Over price
Over price. The filter is extremely expensive as you can get it outside 10pcs for less than SGD50. They sell @ USD159 for 24fliters. Feel like cheated. The showerhead quality is soso with such a high price.

They sent me a shower head (in a smashed box) I never ordered. The return shipping is out of the country and cost over $30! This means no matter what you are stuck with the product. Scam!

I purchased a shower unit and the part that holds the filter cracked . I sent a message to support and the reply was that they had a high rate of messages an would respond , nothing yet . I purchased a second one and the same thing happened to it within the first week of use .

I ordered a shower head from Drivse. It took about ten days to receive it. I installed it the same day. That night we used it and did not spot especially like it. One setting was too hard and even stung a little. The other setting was just a mist and wouldn’t even rinse my hair. When I contacted Drivse and asked for a refund this is what they said. Thank you for reaching out to Drivse! I am Criceleu and I am here to assist you. Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding your recent purchase. We’re truly sorry that the product did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, as stated in our return policy, we are unable to accept returns for used items. Our money-back guarantee applies only if the product was damaged during shipping or delivered with missing parts. Additionally, it has been over 30 days since the delivery of your order, which is beyond our return policy window. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for used or installed showerheads and accessories. In light of your experience, we would like to offer a 15% refund of the total amount you paid, and you do not need to return the items. We hope this gesture helps improve your experience with us. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the refund or if there’s anything else we can assist you with. Best regards, Criceleu Drivse Support Team That is when I copied this from their website. Straight off your website What If It Doesn't Work For Me Or I Don't Like It? In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, Drivse offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on ALL purchases. This means you have 90 days from the time your order arrives at your door to try the product, and see how it works for you... If for any reason you are not happy and you have not experienced a complete transformation of your shower experience simply reach out to our customer support at support@drivse and they will issue you a FULL refund - No questions asked! Heard back with basically the same options plus they would send me a replacement head if I sent pictures of the defective one. Beware before buying this product. But if you do want to try it, do not buy the expensive replacement filters until you are sure that you like the shower head.

Nothing but an overpriced piece of flimsy plastic CRAP. Biggest buyers remorse experience of my life! Don’t buy into their shiny ads, fake reviews and hype. They should be ashamed. Absolute garbage!!!

Customer service is awful.Shower head starts leaking between head and filter after a month and a half. Very cheaply made. I threw shower head in thrash. I will never buy one again . Waste of money.

First of all the pressure didn't increase at all , zero ! Secondly the junction where the head screws onto the water line wasn't long enough so no matter how tight you try to make it the rubber seal didn't engage. Then when I finally figured out how to reach customer service there was no customer service. They sent me a generic form stating instead of sending it back ( not an option ) they would send me another one as if that's going to fix anything OR option #2 a refund of 15% of original purchase price. I told them either option is no option , I'd rather spend my precious time posting reviews anywhere and everywhere I could and so here's mine DONT THROW AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON CHEAP CHINESE CRAP . My existing shower head was far superior and I had bought it from Walmart for under $20 .

I purchased from a company called DRIVSE after seeing a social media ad for a showerhead that claimed to improve hair and skin health through an ion filter. The ad heavily promoted a “$20 showerhead” with a 90-day moneyback guarantee, stating clearly: “If you’re not fully satisfied, we will issue a full refund within 90 days — no questions asked.” What they don’t tell you up front is that the showerhead alone doesn’t work without purchasing separate hoses (which cost more than the showerhead itself) and filter cartridges. I ended up buying three showerheads, three hoses, and three sets of filters and spent $350 total — a far cry from the $20 ad. When I received the items, I wasn’t impressed. I contacted their customer service to return two of the unused showerheads under the advertised 90-day moneyback guarantee, and was told I couldn’t return them unless the products were damaged, and only within 30 days — a policy that directly contradicts their advertising. Nowhere near the guarantee statement on the product page is there a clear link to their actual return policy, which contradicts the promise of “no questions asked” returns. To make things worse, they told me I’d have to pay international return shipping to Portugal, even though the original shipping was free. Over the course of two months, I’ve been offered 15% and then 25% refunds, which I declined. I asked for a prepaid return label to return the unused items for a full refund, as advertised. They refused. This company is misleading customers with false advertising, hides behind fine print that isn’t readily accessible, and makes it nearly impossible to get a fair resolution. I’ve escalated the issue with PayPal and my credit card company, but wanted to warn others as well: Don’t fall for the $20 ad. The true cost is far higher, and they do not honor their guarantee.
