I purchased 2 shower heads and the necessary attachments. In total I spent over $250.00. Then the problems began. I never received the order. I alerted them and know that it’s impossible to speak to a representative. They conduct all business, presumably via AI, through email. Those emails are however, wholly unresponsive. I was then advised that the company they hired to deliver my order experienced problems making the delivery. And they charged me $75 to have the product “redelivered”. Without the ability to discuss this with a representative of this company, I relented and agreed to pay this extortion. But the product still never arrived with Drivse advising me that I again had to take up my issues with their delivery service. I’m an attorney with a background in consumer fraud matters. My experience with this company has every indicia of displaying classic consumer fraud characteristics and I sadly allowed it. Hopefully I can save some fellow consumers the same fate. Don’t trust this company.

RUN!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This product is cheaply made. Leaks and sprays everywhere. Customer service is a joke. They will offer you 15 -20% and ask you to just keep a product that is worthy of trashing. Additionally, this company employs every tactic possible to avoid honoring their refund guarantee. I was initially instructed to return the item to Portugal following my first inquiry. After opening a dispute with PayPal, they’re now requesting I ship it back to Dubai!! Both shipments originated from Vernon, California—where I am located. Despite this, they are now asking me to ship internationally, with the cost to Dubai being extraordinarily high. It’s clear the company is banking on the fact that the expense and inconvenience of international shipping will deter customers from pursuing a refund. This is deceptive and unethical behavior. They are operating out of California but intentionally redirecting returns overseas to avoid accountability. I urge others not to fall for this tactic. This is no longer just about a refund—it’s a matter of principle. Again, don’t waste your time or money.

POOR Quality - doesn't come with adapter to hook up - VERY MISLEADING - There is no ZERO star or that would be my rating

I ordered by mistake om July 6, 2025 and immediately sent multiple requests to cancel. They were delayed in responding. No ability to make any calls and then while still not having responded to my emails shipped the items that I ttried to cancel immediately. Just before they arrived they tried to cut a deal with me that I could avoid having to send them back if I agreed to take a 10% credit. When I persisted they offered a 20% credit. They insisted if I sent the items back, again that I immediately tried to cancel...literally within minutes, that I'd be responsible for shipping. Here's where the rip off is. The company is based in Portugal. No indication of that when ordering through facebook ad. The shipping back to Portugal would cost over $200! It is not clear that you are ordering from Portugal or whether the purchase is subject to import tariffs. If it was a US product it could have been returned more cheaply. While the 20% refund to my credit card arrived promptly I would never do business with this company again or recommend to anyone else. All I got was 20% of what I spent for something that I dont want.

I bought two (2) ion drops shower systems, or so I understood, but, for $114.00 later only two useless shower heads were sent to me WITHOUT ANY ITEMS TO HOOK THEM UP!!! NO HOSES, NO SHOWER HEAD ATTACHMENTS!!! Been trying to get full refund way before 90 day return window but NO RESPONSE FROM DRIVSE!! How do you hook up shower heads without the needed equipment?? All I have ever purchased came with all needed equipment! I was willing to give these a chance, but with no customer service response and no needed equipment, I want a full refund as noted on DRIVSE site!

Had this for about 6 months and it started having group pinhole leaks in the body of the unit, and now it's just useless. It was so cheaply, made. The plastic is so cheap. Never get it again. It's the worst one on the market, in my opinion. Because the plastic is so hard and cheap and thin I can't believe that it spun little pinholes all over it and it's useless

SCAM VERY VERY VERY disappointed in both the product and the customer service. Product does not perform as described. Company added auto delivery of filters that I did not sign up for. In order to get a refund I would have to spend more than the price to send overseas. Refuse to follow the LAW regarding the fradulent transactions regarding the filters. DO NOT BUY.

Very expensive, it is unclear about what you are buying. I would not have purchased knowing that I only bought the shower head for $50.00 and filters. Not recommended to buy.
