I like the spray patterns but the head is leaking around the flow control valve on the handle, even though it is brand new.

Ordered 2 at the same time, one came and I love it. The shower pressure is amazing and it left. My hair feeling soft rather than frizzy. However, the second Shower head was broken and missing an o ring when we attached it, it was spraying water from the bottom and the center button, which turns the water off and on. I had to return it . 50% is not a passing grade.

I think the mist spray setting is the most pointless shower option. My shower is not a greenhouse. My other sprayer has 9 options which I love every one of them. Would have Been nice if your sprayer had more spray settings instead of the wasted mist and the other 2 options I can't even distinguish a difference. The filtered part of your shower head actually dries my hair and skin out. I purchased it in hopes of getting just the opposite in results. Overall, I am super disappointed and I feel I completely wasted my money once again on another online purchase.

WARNING: This company stole my credit card info and sent the product with my authorization. I backed out of the transaction after reading that I would have to purchase extra filters. 10minutes later I received an email that my card was charged $60. I immediately reached out and asked them to cancel that and that I had backed out of the order and did not authorize the order. I wrote every day. They then said after 5 days that the order was enroute. I was furious. I then told them I did not want it and demanded a refund. The said there is not anything they could and could return with no problems when it arrived. It arrived 2 days ago. I reached out again and asked for prepaid postage so I can return it. They then offered me store credit to keep it. I wrote back no I want to just send this back and still informed them that they stole my info and sent this any ways. Today the said I would have to send it back to PORTUGAL and pay the postage which would be mone refundable. I am so FNING ANGRY. STEALERS WARNING DO NO PURCHASE FROM THESE STEALERS AND CROOKS.
