I specifically DID NOT complete the purchase because of the number of spammy pop-ups when you attempt to complete the purchase. Nevertheless, they charged my card and shipped the items to my city only. There is no street address in their shipment BECAUSE I never entered a street address BECAUSE I figured out that it was a scam company. Unfortunately they wait until you enter your credit card info to start with the pop ups. I did not even see and consent to the price of their filters and they also charged almost US$120 for that. Disputing these charges now. Disgusting, tacky company.

I’ve waited for $150 order I never received. Offered me a 70 percent discount to repurchase it. Delivery company pretty much said it’s not their problem. Couldn’t buy compatible hose and bracket at hardware store. Ordered 3 for $160 and haven’t received them yet. I can’t tell you if the nozzles are any good. Haven’t got to use them yet.

The main reason why I rated it 3 stars is because I'm very disappointed with the fact that it only has 2 settings. I don't understand why it doesn't at least have 2 more spray settings, that would make all the difference in the world and my rating would improve by at least a 4. I also don't understand why it doesn't come with its own hose and mounting bracket. That just might make my rating a 5.

Been on a fix the house mood and this has been the easiest win. My skin doesnt feel dry after showers now. Conditioner rinses way faster too. Should have bought it sooner.

Charged 200 dollars without completing order , customer service says they refunded but I have not received it after a week+ of waiting . Did they generate a fake refund and cancellation email?

I began on online purchase but stopped at the step where I was directed to purchase other items from them. I discovered however that the information they had from me allowedd them to bill my credit card. I sent several emails requesting a return of charged amounts but no reply. I had to challenge the charge with my credit card company. Drivse shower heads are a fraud.

Do not get scammed I did. The customer service is terrible and for good reason. They advertise on social media to make you believe it’s a great product until you get hooked into purchasing it. That’s where is scam starts. They get you trapped into their website which puts you through multi-levels of hard sell, by offering you bigger discounts into purchasing the “required” filters. There is no mention on their website of the needed hose/housing that you need to install on regular shower pipe that comes out of the wall. When you try to email the customer service rep (which is the only way to contact the company), the then mention that they sell a $50 kit in addition to their shower head. When you ask about the return, they response was positive, later to find out they you are responsible for the return postage and it has to be returned to an address in Portugal, even though the product was mailed out from 5215 S. Boyle Avenue, Vernon, CA 90058. Clearly a ploy to prevent you from returning the product, because it would cost you more for the return postage than the actual product. Don’t be fooled like I did. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT from Drivse. BTW, to cut my loses, I decided to buy aftermarket hose/housing from Lowes, only to find out the shower head is very poorly manufactured, very cheap plastic, leaking at every junction of the plastic shower head. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

I ordered from Drivse directly and The delivery is taking forever, it’s been 2 weeks and Drivse is giving me bogus tracking number. I don’t think I’ll ever get my product at this point. Then also I found that the product is half the price on Amazon. I would give them a zero point if I could. Do not order from Drivse. It’s a scam
