First I want to return the items as the deal is a big scam. I bought them on 11/6 and do not want them as the company attempted to charge me the price again. There is no link on website to get a return box or anything. I tried to find support online and apparently none exists. So anyone interested should not buy these items. Also the phone number listed does not work.

Website difficult to navigate….bounces around with special offers and then scams you into signing up for auto filter shipments at $15 dollars a filter that in my case only last maybe 6 showers!

I loved the shower head but once I changed the filter a hair line crack appeared . Then water was coming out very fast. Never got to use it again Need a new one. I will send the broke one back.
