The head leaks.

First I did not put mu order through and when I tried to go back it placed the order of which I immediately tried to cancel but they never would and it took for ever to get here and the order wad for two shower heads I did try one and The shower head comes out like little needles the return policy says you can not return if used so there's that but I still have one I could return and have repeatedly tried to get someone to respond back and an automated thing comes back with no true way to return and it says do not return until you have gone through us first so that's where I am at and they only give you 30 days to return much of this miss handling is to there favor and puts the screws to you so LOOK OUT. it has not been a fun experience.

In the ad it should state that there is no hose just the shower head. There should be a notification that there is no confirmation of purchase page. If the hose is not with it why is it so expensive to get the hose. The hose should only cost $10.00 not $26.00.

i ordered shower heads and filters and only received the filters. Customer service said both items were shipped together.

Installed the first one ok. Installed the second one the coil was split no good gotta go buy a other one. The 3 Rd one has yet to be installed.

Not AT ALL what I expected. The pressure from this head is far less than from the one I was replacing. Not impressed with this head AT ALL. Certainly not worth the money I paid for it.

The shower head is better than I expected, the pressure is amazing and I was like WOW. Highly recommended to anyone. I'll be buying from here forever. Great job keep up the good products

I have no product. I have asked to have all canceled and requested a refund but I get no cooperation. I’m told that it can’t be canceled. I’ve been offered free product or a partial refund. I will never do business with this company again and I will make sure everyone knows they are a scan
