this shower head arm does not fit in any regular shower head handler. and it doesn't fit in the one's advertised in the ad that I bought it off either.

Well it would be nice if you informed the customer that they MUST purchase the hose and holder to actually use the shower. Folks, this isn’t an option it is a requirement. Or even better yet include it in the price. So until the hose and holder bought separately arrives. You’re lucky to receive 3 stars.

A cheap product! Came without any way to hookup - probably need a hand held attachment! Filters are so cheap and you are surposed to change every week? I tried to return but they have return rules that only take back if broken. You also pay return shipping? What a scam company! Wasted almost $100- with filters and the 3 heads ( ion,🤭)

I have tried multiple times to reach you by phone and email and no one is available. I want to return the items I purchased for a refund and stop a filter subscription I did not sign up for.

If I could give a -10 I would! I've tried to cancel my order on more than one occasion and now I just received it in the mail and the instructions say I have to mail it overseas! It was sent from California! The customer service has been horrendous and I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. They are not an american-based company and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

First of all, I tried to cancel my order IMMEDIATELY after I ordered, because I realized that I accidentally ordered without the hose kit, and I cannot use it without that. I was told the next day that my order was already processed and couldn’t be canceled. Then about a week later I get an email saying that my order is still in processing! Now that I have received the shower head, I have sent several emails asking how I can get the hose kit without any response. BUT I have received several emails asking for a review. Well my review is that customer service is TERRIBLE! Can’t give a review until I can use it and can’t use it until someone in customer service answers my email! 👎
