I never received my product! And now you are asking to rate it. Where is my shower?

I've tried to contact per phone and online chat to be able to return merchandise because I did not see on the initial order that an automated subscription for filters was initiated. I was with the understanding that I could order when needed. So I was requesting to send all my order back for credit and they BLOCKED ALL MY COMMUNICATION ATTEMPTS.

the filters are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I like the pressure of the water from the head and the easy install.

I love it and my skin is so much better. My only draw back is that it is plastic.

Hoses are leaking from the middle. Hoping to get replacements since the shower kits are pricey. Shower head is cool so far.

This was not my first purchase of high pressure shower heads. I previously purchased a different brand that had beads in the handle to ionize and soften the water. Within less than a year, we started having issues with the spray coming out at random angles and just spraying all over the place. When seeing this one from Drivse online, they looked like a better option and an upgrade. Alas!!! To our dismay, as soon as we installed them, they were immediately spraying in random patterns. The three settings for spray types only work on one of the settings, which is the middle one. The second option sprays such a fine mist that part of it can’t be felt, while the other part feels like a water jet machine cutting patterns into your skin. The third option, which seemed to be the softer version utilizing the larger holes, doesn’t even work properly because the fine mist nozzles are just leaking water out and dropping all over the place like a broken faucet. Overall, very poor quality and I would not purchase again. And, I bought the THREE PACK!! 😱🥴🤯 (guess I’m the sucker!)
