They are great but have had to buy 3 of them because the first 2 broke so am getting another 1 if this 1 dose the same as the other 2 has done i will nit be buying anything else so I hope that this one works. And am still waiting on number 3 to come in.

Well, I have not seen anything that great about it. It seem to work well, but I do not need anymore filters. I have more than enough. I also do not know how often I need to change the filters.

Actually, the rating is less than zero. I ordered 3 ionDrops and 12 extra filters from Drivse. Then I kept getting messages that I needed more filters for my other faucets. I could not go back and delete my order, and there was a threatening message that I would be charged again if I went back on my order. I immediately wrote the company that I want to cancel both orders. I got a couple of responses that they received my cancellation email, but it’s over a week, and the charge is still on my credit card. Furthermore, I keep getting messages that the products are coming. There is no customer service phone number. There is a number next to the charge on my bank statement, but no one is available after making multiple calls. I’m going to my bank today to see if they can help me. I will cancel my credit card for fear that the company will use my information. Do not order anything from this company. It’s a scam!

My hair and skin feel awesome! Thank you! My issue is that I only wanted one shower head, and received 4 of them. Even if I returned, postage would have cost more or same price I was charged. I did not expect the cost to be as expensive as it turned out to be. I have not been able to properly install the filters on my sink faucets, but am looking forward to fully utilize the filters.

It really removes a lot of the water impurities, and the flow is soft on your skin. The order also came quickly.

I never completed order but your comp went ahead and charged my card for 1 years worth of filters ,$119. I was so disappointed with all the extras , I left the website, but forgot to remove my credit card info, so your company went ahead and charged me $190+ which I did not authorize. I emailed numerous times and nobody has ever gotten back with me!

The shower head I ordered is excellent, everything it was described to be. Ordering was easy, delivery was timely, and the cost was reasonable. It could not be better.
