easy to install Great water flow

the water felt softer that was a plus but i thought there was 3 settings and it only has two. another issue I expected the hose to come with it for the price I paid. show me very disappointed to know you have to pay for the hose kit making it more than it is worth. I can buy in store for half the cost with hose kit included. then first shower I had to fully tear our my faucet due to back pressure destroying the faucet. so this has been an expensive thing that did not work as advertised. to be a useful review... buyer beware it is sold in each component making the cost very expensive for what you get.

Breaks just after 90 days, dont waste your time or money. Customer support is a joke and wont replace it because its over the 90 day guarentee. For the price its should be more than 90 days guarenteed and if there is a fault it still should be replaced. 50% discount what a price gouge and 120000 happy customers would be a stretch with the cheap materials the product is made from.

This was a great product at first, then the water pressure went down. I finally changed the filter two weeks early finding that it had collapsed. The shower head is back to good performance.

I had requested when my order was going to be delivered twice. No reply.

The showers Looks great. I have looked for ways to contact you. I ordered the shower but with no installation materials I.e. mounting hose or bar and holder to put it on the wall. Can I just order those pieces or should I just send the shower back and start over. Please advise
