I bought 2-1 as a gift & one for myself. My shower hose fit& I was happy with that. ButI didn’t have the holder. I tried to order the holder, but it’s not spld separately. So I bought the hose & the holder& I cant get the end cap off, or attach the new hose& holder. So I put my old hose back on & the shower head is laying sideways in the shower rack. The new hose & holder are laying in a drawer.I am disappointed to say the least. Also, I do not want to subscribe to a monthly service. I will buy the filters as I need them.

I can’t rate the products use as my order did not come completely as advertised and contained only shower heads without attachment hoses as advertised. Drives also made an attempt to charge me for some other products I never ordered while I was asleep. Fortunately my banks Fraud Alert made me aware and stopped the fraudulent payment from processing.

This company keeps sending me more filters, even though I have repeatedly requested they stop. I opted for a one-time charge when I ordered the Iondrops, now suddenly they are implementing recurring charges. Be careful! They will send you more filters and charge your account!

Your shower head is everything you advertised it to be. I’m hoping you will run a special on your replacement filters soon. Thank you again for delivering a wonderful product.

I received the shower head and it's parts in a short period of time. I have not hooked it up yet so I am unable to comment on it. I will send you a review when I've had a chance to use it.

The replacement filters I ordered are too long for the unit. when I looked this up online the answer was to cut them down. I had to cut off 1/3 of the filter. Now I have to replace these expensive filters more often. Had the unit for about a year. Happy with the shower head but wouldn't purchase again.

Terrible experience. The website charged my credit card before I had finished my order. It then charged me for extra filters without my authorization. The shower head is not much better than the one I had previously, but the criteria for return excluded not liking the product. This company is not reputable in there business practices and I would recommend anyone considering buying this product BEWARE.

I made an order for a product for $59.99 and was charged $105.00. Diverse.com does not answer or refund me. Not a trustworthy company. I want an address to return the item and get my refund!
