Never received! You overcharged me for other accessories and your C/S rep refused to fix all incorrect charges on the same morning I placed the orders. Claimed were already shipped when wasn’t even 24 hrs of being placed. When I checked shipping it showed none of the items were shipped until 12/07/25! You false advertise and lye! I want my money back!

Worst company on the planet! The filter is great, however, the casing on the shower head cheaply made, cracked and started leaking after only 5 months!! They refuse to replace it. Wanting to offer me a 15% , then 50% discount to buy a new one. No shower head should crack and sprout leaks after only 5 months! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! The only thing they can do is replace this free if charge right now!!!!

You order the item online. Then you are sent to a link for the filters. Only to find you can't cancel the order. Return it? OK, If you want to mail something to Portugal! No hoses included, another cost. What a scam.

My old shower always felt harsh but this softened everything without losing pressure. Even body wash rinses way nicer. Super calming at night actually. Pretty happy with it.

DO NOT ORDER THIS IS FRAUD. I CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHIN HOURS AND WAS IGNORED. THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED. I'm trying to get my money back. I have all my email to back up my review. I'm sick of these fraudulent organizations being allowed to rob good people on social media. Meta is making billions on these frauds, while the average citizens is losing money. This must stop

I would give them 0 stars if I could … tried to cancel order when I found out it wasn’t domestic within 10 minutes after ordering as per there cancellation policy and they informed me that they don’t monitor there messages very often. They sent anyways and would not pay return postage of 50.00 as they are in Portugal !! Terrible customer support

Only after I entered my credit info did I see the total order amount. I immediately hit the return to back up to the original web page to recheck pricing. There was no option to confirm or edit my order. They had already charged my card. I forwarded their order confirmation email to their customer service email to CANCEL within the required 48 hrs and that email bounced. I resent it and received an auto reply. That was more than a week ago and still no response. Disputing charge with my credit card bank.
