The shower is fine, just wonderful, actually! The problem is that the major expense--the replacement filters I ordered at the same time--haven't shown up yet. I am hoping they are not far behind, as I would really like to have all the items I have already paid for. Thank you.

The better water pressure and cleaner water are making our hair cleaner shiner and softer. I just wish the filters would last longer.

I am still waiting for my order. You should inform buyers that it is shipped from China and takes likes many weeks to get it. Also, too much oversell. Filters are too expensive. Continuous advertisements in my mailbox when I still have not received my first order.

I can’t believe you’d sell a “handheld” shower head and charge for the hose attachment. The price you offer for the hose attachment is ridiculous. Everything was extra with this product. I will not be recommending this anytime
