Do not trust this company like one other person said they only have one email for contant and I ordered a 3pk bundle and sent an email to cancel it that same day and you can find these on Amazon if you look them up which is you better option to do and they still sent them even though the policy stated that you can cancel or change them within the 24-48 hours yet it took the 4day to reply back and when they did they said it was already sent and when if finally was received it was stolen off my porch so now I have nothing at all and the company only sale the the showerhead the spams you to by the rest of the parts separately and now I get spammed we email like I wanna by more plus the support is horrible as sometimes you write the and it kick the email back saying you have a virus in the email and they use that as a way to not give you a refund or detour you from asking for help

Do not buy from this company! After you buy one item, they tell you that you need multiple other things to make it work. In the end, I spent $365. It was a bait and switch. I immediately went on the website to see their cancellation policy and it said I had 12 hours to cancel. I reached out via email and their customer support page (only options listed) to cancel my order. Did not hear from them until 3 days later that they shipped my items. Yes, in those 3 days I emailed multiple times. They don’t read emails. Finally they responded saying it was their fault and they would allow me to return it but on my dime only to their facility in Portugal. My item was shipped from CA. And no, they will not send me a prepaid shipping label. Do not buy from this company!!!

What a scam, the shower head doesn't have any more pressure than any one I've already had, also without a subscription they keep sending me filters when I ask them not to and charging me for them without my permission this filter and this shower is no better than my normal shower head that has no filter. I do not recommend buying this product as you're wasting your money and they scam you out of more money by setting you on a subscription when you didn't verify that.

I ordered and paid $250. On Dec 4th. It is now Dec 21st. I tried to track the order but got nowhere. I got no help twice when I wrote to support. There is no phone number available. Do not buy anything here. I think it’s a scam. They act like theives.

SCAM SCAM SAM !!!!!!!! stay away they charged my cc 4x for filters and products while shower head was only $39 total $200 + on bs filtration accessory, I filed a dispute and blocked them

It doesn't com3 with a hose and he head is rather cumbersome so it won't fit in my existing set up. Should be sure what you're buying will be good for your set up. Water pressure is good and I like it outside of what I just said.

Worst shower head ever. No pressure, unable to return, do not buy!
