I gave one star because I was unable to leave zero stars. I did not receive the product I ordered. I received very cheaply made plastic shower heads that look nothing like the shower head you are asking me to review. Send me the correct shower heads and I will update my review.

I absolutely LOVE the way it feels! The water pressure is strong and I don't notice the chlorine smell like I used to. My husband enjoys it also. Also, the filters are extremely affordable.

They falsely advertise what the shower head is suppose to look like and then send a piece of plastic garbage for the price instead of the original advertisement. Terrible!

This is the best shower head I've ever used in my 56 years on this Earth. It makes no sense the flow is hard but the water is soft and relaxing. Once you change a filter and see what is prevented from getting on your body you will be amazed but disgusted.

It didn’t arrive. So only one star. The filters arrived.
