I finally installed my shower head and the shaft has like 3cracks in it water shoot out handle

I've received the shower about a month ago but apparently filter production is quite backlogged and so I'm left showered. No hope in sight for the filters to arrive. Very poor follow through and problem solving!

This company is a scam. I have tried for months now to get them to cancel monthly orders for filters I don't need. They never respond to me. DOLET YOURSELF BE FOOLED BY THEM. THEY'VE MADE MY LIFE HELL BY TAKING $30.00 FROM ME EVERY SINGLE MONTH. NO ONE ANSWERS AFTER YOU FILL OUT THEIR FORM.

The price was deceiving and extremely expensive after your company got through billing my account! I want an address to send this ridiculous expensive rip off back. Sincerely, Rebecca Gibson

I have not installed the nozzle yet, due to being so busy, and having no means to hang the nozzle! Without a ready device to hold the nozzle, it will not be useful; I did not realize it would not come will a holder!

Great product, rapid delivery, excellent, as hoped.

After waiting weeks to receive, I cant use without a hose. Sent an email to customer service, still waiting on a response. How much longer will I have to wait?
