I recieved my shower heads in very good time. They arrived in excellent condition. I installed them in just minutes. I used it immediately, I could tell right away the water felt silky, my body soap lathered up better and my shampoo did also. My skin and hair are both softer and feel more hydrated. I can't wait til it's time to shower again

Showers are not the best but not the worst!!!!

As soon as I hooked it up the cheapness of the head split into three pieces. Will not stay together even under half water pressure.

Shipping is slow, no instructions included with item to tell what it should do or change water flow

I want to return the item as it was a Christmas gift and it came late. I'm still waiting to hear from customer service!

Took a month to get it, no longer have need for it, refund my money

I did not think that this shower head was at all what they portrayed it to be. I thought the water pressure was too hard even on the lowest setting. Did not give me a spa like shower. I will be returning it.

Did not order, sent back with refused written on package. Have not seen a refund!
